“Construction of Periodical Medical Centre and Training Hall & Associated Activities for Safety Engineering Department, H.R.D.C., Bhilai Steel Plant

• A) The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar work(s) during the last 7 (seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. The work should be either of the following:a) One similar completed work costing not less than ₹84.77 Lakhs (Excluding GST). OR b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than ₹52.98 Lakhs (Excluding GST). OR c) Three similar completed works each costing not less than ₹42.39 Lakhs (Excluding GST).Similar Works means- “Any contract which includes civil works related to construction/repair/renovation/modification of buildings”. i) Experience should be from Government Organizations, PSUs, or Public Limited Companies. ii) Submit self-attested copies of Purchase Orders / Work Orders / Contracts and Completion Certificates (issued by concerned authority). iii) In case, Completion Certificate is not issued for the PO/ Work Order/ Contract, bidder shall submit in original issued by concerned authority certifying the value of completion of similar work given in eligibility criteria above against concerned PO /Work Order/ Contract. iv) The Work Orders and Completion Certificates/Paid Bills must be in the name of the participating tenderer. v) All work orders having similar work where completion date falls within 07 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are in invited shall be considered for evaluation as per eligibility criteria, irrespective of date of work order. vi) The term ‘completed work’ shall mean successfully completed work(s) only.

• C) Financial Requirements:- i) Average annual financial turnover of the bidder shall not be less than Rs. 31.79 Lakhs(Rs Thirty one lakh and Seventy Nine Thousand Only) during the three consecutive financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24. ii) Bidder shall submit copy of Turnover Certificate from a Chartered Accountant clearly evidencing the Annual financial Turnover figure for 3 (three) consecutive financial years as mentioned herein above in support of their meeting above stipulated financial criterion and shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number UDIN for the financial years mentioned above. iii) Revenue from Operations shall be considered for purpose of determining turnover. iv) Net worth of the bidder shall be positive in FY 2023–24 and the same must be indicated in the certificate issued by Chartered Accountant. v) Turnover should be provided exclusive of GST.
