Anchoring of reinforcement bar into existing RCC crane pad upto a depth of 350 mm including drilling holes compatible to reinforcement diameter to be used, cleaning of drilled hole by blowing air into hole, placing of reinforcement into drilled holes and providing & pouring/grouting epoxy in stages to fill the gap of the hole, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding / ladder [if required], collecting & disposing the generated & construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-In-charge at all locations and at all lift & height. Note: The reinforcement will be paid in item no.-3.

Providing and laying RCC M 30 grade, using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, Chejjas, Lintels, bedding, platform, pathways, walk ways and all in-situ concrete works. Cement content shall not be less than 360.00 kgs/cum for one cum of concrete] preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the masonry joints & cleaning, mechanical mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, leveling, finishing & curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding / ladder [if required], collecting & disposing the generated & construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-In-charge at all locations and at all lift & height. NOTE: (1) Reinforcement will be measured & paid under item no.:3. (2) Form work will be measured & paid under Item No.:4. (3) OPC 43 grade Cement shall be used (4) Contractor needs to submit the Design Mix report for concrete in accordance with IS 10262 latest revision.

Providing and laying approved make high yield strength deformed Reinforcement bars of all diameters confirming to grade Fe-500D of IS:1786 [latest edition] including Providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding / ladder [if required] cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position, providing & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all in-situ concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly], preparation of base, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the construction & generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, as per drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height. Note: (a) Contractor needs to submit the manufacturer test report for confirming the grade of reinforcement in accordance with IS 1786 (Latest).

Providing, placing and removing formwork for all in-situ concrete works such as foundation, rafts, footings, pedestals, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, Chejjas, Lintels, bedding, platform, pathways, walkways and all other miscellaneous RCC works [All RCC works below & above plinth level] including Providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding / ladder [if required], preparation of base, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the construction & generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge at all locations and at all lift & height. Note: (a)The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces. (b) The formwork shall be designed and constructed in confirmation with IS 14687 (latest)

Providing, fabricating and erecting Mild Steel Structures using various MS Sections such as hollow steel sections, channels, angles, 'I' sections, rails, MS pipes, flats, plates, GI Gratings, GI Pipes, and other approved sections etc. including providing & applying One Coat of Red Oxide Primer & Two Coats of 1st quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved shade / colour, providing & fixing wherever required suitable anchor fasteners, of approved quality, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per drawing, specification, and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing and laying / fixing Plane or Curved Galvalume Sheets for Roofing, Ridges & Cladding etc. [0 .47 mm thick] of Colour Mat Finish Coating: AZ - 150 / 550 MPA, Paint : RMP [Regular Modified Polyester], Top Coat: 18 - 20 Micron, Bottom Coat: 5 - 7 Micron, Trapezoidal Profile 0.47 mm thick at pitch 250 mm., Width 1060 mm, Length as per site measurement, Aluminium - Zinc Steel Sheet [Galvalume Base] 55 % aluminium, 43 % Zinc, 1.60 % Silicon with Tensile strength of 345 to 550 MPA including providing & fixing necessary self drilling screws of best quality & EPDM washers, Galvalume sheets Roofing with Galvalume Ridges shall be of approved shade / colour & confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition and of approved make, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing Staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and laying 18 mm to 20 mm thick, mirror polished Granite slab [Jet black / Ruby red / cat eye] for passages & rooms wherever required, over a bedding of 20 mm thick, in CM 1:4 using approved quality, granite stones shall be closely jointed properly, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry [@ 5.0 kgs. of cement / Sqm.], mirror polishing the joints, finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb etc., including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, machine cutting, smooth rounding all the exposed corners & edges and fixing in wall up to a depth of 75 mm by making the groove of size 75 mm [wide] X 75 mm [deep] in the BB wall / CC wall, providing & filling the gap in PCC 1:2:4 [after fixing the Granite Stone Slab in position to the true line; level & plumb] & finishing smooth, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: Basic rate of 18 - 20 mm thick mirror polished Granite Stone Slab shall not be less than Rs.1400.00 per Sqm. (excluding GST).

Providing & fixing on the wall surface UPVC minimum 4 kgs. pressure Pipes of 110mm dia. with all specials [such as Tees; bends; junction with or without doors; flanges and all other required fittings etc.] of Ashirwad / Astral / Finolex / Supreme make, for Rain Water Down Comer Pipes including providing & fixing necessary clamps [GI clamps of 25 mm. wide x 2 mm. thick], hard wood/PVC packing pieces, PVC solvents, screws / nails, etc, providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / scaffolding, cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts.
