M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with WPC at the rate of 3% by weight of cement (Note : WPC will be measured separetely) and is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faceof brickwork on one side of lathing in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying polyurethane waterproofing membrane coating system comprising the followings : (a) Mechanical cleaning of the surface clean and making free from any bituminous residue,dirt, oil, grease etc.. including filling surface cracks with Bostik Flowfill Grout to be repaired with high early strength, fast setting repair mortar using Bostik Patchfix concrete, all complete as per the manufacturers specification. (b) Providing & applying one coat of Bostik Ultraseal PU Primer @ 200 ml per sqm and then applying two coats of single component, moisture cure highly elastomeric & tough polyurethane waterproofing membrane of Bostik Ultraseal PU @ 0.60 kg per sqm each coat (1.20 kg per sqm in two coats) to achieve dry film thickness of 1 mm., complete all as per the manufacturers specification.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded agg ) including mixing of ad mixture fosroc SP 430 of M/S Fosroc chemical @ 250ml per 50kg of cement over existing roof and in padding concrete to maintain required slope and minimum thickness being 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of admixture fosroc SP 430 Chemical all as specified and as directed.

S & F powder coated anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with all fixing/ hanging arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 12mm thick gypsum cement building boards in appropriate size fixed or laid/ inserted to powder coated aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and lay pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 15 mm dia in trenches/under road or floor/on wall / near pole/panel etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried inground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure. complete all as specified and directed. Note-PCC shall measured and paid separately under relevant itemof schedule.

Supply,laying XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core, connecting with proper size Aluminium lugs, glands whereever necessary near LT Panels / Bus bar chamber panel / Street light boxes all as per site requirement , testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,laying XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core, connecting with proper size Aluminium lugs, glands whereever necessary near LT Panels / Bus bar chamber panel / Street light boxes all as per site requirement , testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for LT under ground cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 6 to 16 sqmm, Indoor /Outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with using GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground and connected to GI earth wire 4 mm by means of GI bolts and nuts,check nuts,washers and GI earth wire protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore and connecting to Panel/DBs etc as per site requirement including alternate layers of charcoal & salt crystal, necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC Cover with 6 mm dia MS bars 10 cm C/C on both ways as reinforcement complete incl watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part 1 complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Earthing complete with using galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and incl galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC(1:2:4)type B-1cover and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh , refiling with soil all as specified.

Note for serial item No. 81 and 82 : Rate quoted shall be deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip / GI earth wire , GI tubing light grade upto 7.5m deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor.(iii) Beyond 7.5 M the GI earth strip/ GI Earth wire & GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia shall be measured and paid separetely under the respective item of the schedule (iv) Quotated rate include testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 2 ohm .If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re done by the contractor at no extra cost.

M&L for dismantle and refixing of steel tubular pole of any size in any position including existing light fighting complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation/ Earth work and PCC for foundation and copping shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. (ii) Quotated rate include testing after completion of work.
