Removing Grill, Plywood cupboards, Partitions, Wooden Frames etc and stacking materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Removing cement tiles, or marble or polished shahabad floor or dado without bed concrete including stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete

Part B- Renovation

Providing fly ash Brick masonry with conventional/ I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including striking joints, raking out joints, watering and scaffolding etc. Complete

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. beams and lintels as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compaction and roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc.complete. Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in Single coats in cement mortar 1:3 without neeru finish, to concrete, brick surface, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc.complete.

Providing and fixing mild steel grill work for windows, ventilators etc. 15 Kilogram/Square In Rs.Metre as per drawing including fixtures, necessary welding and painting with one coats of anticorrosive paint and two coats of oil painting complete.

Providing and laying matt finish ceramic tiles of having size 30 cm x 30 cm confirming to I.S.15622/2006 (group D II-A) and 7 to 8 mm thick for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joint with white/colour cement slurry cleaning curing etc. complete.

Providing and laying ceramic tiles having size 30cm.x45cm. confirming to corresponding I.S. for dado and skirting (use only Kajariya/Nitco/RAK) in required position with ready made adhesive mortar of approved quality on plaster of 1:2 cement mortar including joint filling with white/ colour cement slurry cleaning curing etc. complete

Providing & applying cement primer coat to wall surface to receive distemper/acrylic emulision paint etc.

Providing and applying two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour to the old structural steel work and iron work previously painted in building including scaffolding, if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface (excluding primer coat) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing European type wall-hung white water closet of approved make with push valve concealed type with cover plate 32mm size of approved make including soil pipe, vent pipe up to outside face of wall ,100mm dia. G.I. plug bend inlet pipe all fittings, cuttingand making good walls, floors etc. complete.

Providing and erection of Precast compound wall 1.8 M. height (Pole Height 2.4m) with the thickness of the slab panels should be made of 50mm with a minimum 3mm to 4mm Steel-High-tensile with Stressing System (4 no bars in each Panel). The standard length should be 2100 mm having 300mm in their breadth. supported with the vertical post of 150 x 150 mm size with a minimum 3mm to 4mm Steel-High-tensile with Stressing System (7 no bars in each column). The shape of the column slot should be made slightly tapered. The size of the inner edge of the column slot should be kept equal to the slab thickness. The standard width of the slot should be made of 60mm. at the outer end & 50mm. at the inner edge with all required accessories, types of equipment, and material for erection including excavation, curing and transportation on-site etc. complete.
