Replacement of 145 KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker at 132 KV S/S Mehdawal and 132 KV S/S Harriya

After Shut down and Proper earthing of 132kV Bus-Coupler bay circuit breaker, opening of both side jumpers, cutting of earthing strips, opening of all cable terminations with all cost of men power and T&P.

Dismantling of damaged 132 KV SF6 Gas C.B. from 132 kv Bus-Coupler. This work includes with dismantling of poles with the help of crane, dismantling of pole base and spring mechanism box, cutting of earthing strips, opening of all cable terminations and dismantling of column/structure with all men, T&P and crane.

Shifting of complete dismantled parts of 132kV Gas Circut Breaker from switchyard to prescribed place at store of 132kV S/S Mehdawal.

Modification of base structure if required as per grouted bolts including cutting, welding and drilling.

Erection of 132kV SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker at Bus Coupler Bay including shifting of materials from storage place to work site and all other associated work required for its proper erection with all cost of man, T&P and crane.

Jumpering of newly erected circuit breaker at both end originally with old conductor or new conductor with its cutting and shifting if required with all cost of man and T&P, however ACSR conductor will provided by department if required.

Termination of newly erected 132 KV SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker properly as per drawing with ferrule & lugs and Providing help in testing work with T & C team with all cost of men, Material(i.e. ferrules etc.) and T&P.

Replacement of 245 KV Circuit Breaker at 220 KV S/S Basti

Shifting and placing of chequerred plates, wodden sleepers etc at site of 220 kv Bus coupler bay & 220 kv Bansi Basti bay for easy movement of crane/hydra.

Isolation all the three poles of 245 kv old breakers of these bays by opening of connectors from both ends again its connection of both ends breaker after installation of new 245 kv SF-6 breaker at 220 kv Bus coupler bay&220kv Bansi Basti bay.

Dismantling of following component of 220 kv Bus coupler bay&220kv Bansi Basti bay SF-6 CB after opening of 19 core control cable between each phase control blocks and switch cubical for safe carriage of dismantled parts including insulator, support insulator, control cubical, supports structure, copper pipes, SF cylinder, gauge and compressor from the site as per direction of site incharge.

Modification of base structure if required as per grouted bolts including cutting, welding and drilling.

Erection of new 245kv SF-6 CB ( Make- ABB) on 220 kv Bus Coupler bay & 220 kv Bansi basti bay complete with accessories & structure by assembling all parts with nuts and bolt as per drawing in supervising of ABB Service Engineer and supervision Engineer along with shifting the 245kv SF-6CB from store to site.

Laying of 19 core control cable between marshalling Box and each phase control block and making inter phase wiring between marshalling Box and each phase control block for proper closing and tripping of 245 kv SF-6 CB in local and remote mode by opening the trench cover and again close the trench cover after completion of work for 220 kv Bus coupler bay & 220 kv Bansi Basti bay

Termination of dismantled cable wire from control panel to the CB Marshalling box with work of fixing cable gland ,ferruling and making lug on wire as per drawing and making bunch with tag material for 220 kv Bus coupler bay & 220 kv Bansi Basti bay

Making proper earthing of new 245 kv SF-6 CB installed at 220 kv Bus coupler bay & 220 kv Bansi Basti bay and cubical and plateform with work of laying MS Flat 75x10mm and 50x6mm as per requirement after digging pit, making lap joint of ms flat of 75mm for flat joint and semicircle joint for main earth mat M S Rod of 40mm by making welding as per drawing , cleaning weld joint and painting red oxide one coat and two coat black bituminous/synthetic enamel green paint after cleaning welded joint below ground level and back filling of pit .

Misc work like making vacuum of poles 245 kv CB and filling of SF-6 Gas and checking for leakage of gas , checking ON/OFF position and helping for testing and commissioning of CB complete work of new installed at 220 kv Bus coupler bay & 220 kv Bansi Basti bay

Shifting and placing of chequerred plates, wodden sleepers from site to store after completion of work as per requirement for above 02 bays.
