Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means -Grading I (Using Screening Type B (11.2 mm) Aggregate)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means - Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 mm) Aggregate)

Providing and constructing 75 mili metre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 mili metre stone metal layers 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 2 Kilogram/Square Metre, spreading 12 mili metre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne. to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete. Including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and constructing 50 mili metre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 mili metre stone layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting), heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75 Kilogram / Square Metre, spreading 12 mili metre size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne. to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etcetera complete, including applying tack coat of bitumen of specified grade at the rate of 0.30 Kilogram Square metre(on existing bitumen surface.)

BITUMINOUS MACADAM:--Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregate of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System (VTS), laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 80/100 mili metre compacted thickness with drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA having complying essential features of Hot mix plant as per Indian Road Congress-27 2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder,built in dust controller system and PLC for Drum Mix plant ,Sensor paver, and Vibratory roller excluding prime/Tack coat etcetera complete --Bitumen 3.30% of specified grade (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying Open Graded Carpet 20 mili metre thickness composed of 13.2 mili metre to 5.6 mili metre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System (VTS), laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade--USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller ( Over MPM Surface) (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen @ 0.98 Kilogram/Square metre by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne. etcetera complete. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry Black Topped surface 3 Kilogram/10 Square metre (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Supplying hard murum/ kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.
