M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 over brick / concrete wall surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital printed coloured designer glazed ceramic tiles in glossy / dull finish of size 300x450x7mm / 250x350x7mm thick as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 to 22mm thick, machine cut Kota stone slab of minimum size of 0.60m x 0.60m as in flooring laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and over including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 to 22mm thick, machine cut Kota stone slab of minimum size of 0.60m x 0.60m as in flooring , cooking platform, steps risers etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and over including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and for star case treads and window cill etc Kota stone be laid in one piece upto 1.5M length complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs (Kota / Granite) one edges such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of floor slab and walls of water walls comprising of the following specifications complete all as specified and directed :-

(i) Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provision of 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout.

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness / seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.

(iii)All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty Sikagard 694 F (I) or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approve by GE.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water andmake it clear and clean.

(v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sandwiched with glass fibre reinforcement : Sika® Fab-1 or equivalent make in Forsro / Thermax as approved by GE over base coat as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion.

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound SIKA plastocreat Plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approve by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan shall be paid separetely).

Supply only intergal liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts wind ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap 75mm bore with grating incl jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking down shutter of any description area exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 2sqm each including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Details of box type window shall be given on HQ CEJZ drawing No TD/2013/01 sheet 1/3, 2/3, 3/3. (iii) Glass pane/wire gauze shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement Sub main wiring with two single core cable PVC insulated unsheathed of copper multi stranded conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm, 1100 votls grade drawing through and including PVC casing and caping with acessories and including PVC insulated 4 sqmm unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable for earth continuity and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Two lengths of 4 Sqmm cable, one length of 4 Sqmm cable and one length of PVC casing and caping will be measured as one length).

Supplying laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT UG XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core including taking down old U/S cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the nallah, along poles/walls and in ducts etc . Eexcavation, earhtwork, sand cushioing, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid for separtely) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/ equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing.
