REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF JOINERY, FLOORING, CEILING, PLUMBING, ROOFING SHEET, PERIODICAL SERVICES AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT TECH AREA AT LIKABALI MIL STN UNDER GE 872 EWS

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry/ precast concrete block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks of size 300x200x200mm or 300x200x100mm, having compressive strength of not less than 100 Kg/Sq Cm (As per IS-2185) exc. 10 cm in width and including setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks of 10cm thick, having compressive strength of not less than 100 Kg/Sq Cm (As per IS-2185) n exc. 10 cm in width and including setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls n exc half brick in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Sypply only Integral waterproofing compound conforming to IS 2645 (2003) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and over one or more coats of wall care putty to a smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
