Providing on hire basis 415 V,100 Amp changeover switche on wooden plank board or suitable size angle iron frame incl. providing interconnection with socketing, earthing attachment etc and dismantlin at the end of function ( with PWD Approved materials).

Proving on hire basis main wiring with 3 1/2 core 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductor PVC armoured cable of following sizes inclusive finishing with all required items

25 sqmm pvc Al Ar cable

16 sqmm pvc Al. Ar cable

S&D following single core PVC copper wire on hire basis incl. dismantling the same.

2x 7/0.029 (7/20) single vcore PVC copper wire

2x 3/0.036 (3/20) single core PVC copper wire.

S&F on hire basis following light fitting complete with bracket & clamp on the pole incl.dismanting &replacement of fused lamp (with PWD approved meterial)

S& F led Flood light fittings including all necy arrangement and dismantling after programme as per EIC.

150W LED Flood fittings

Providing on hire basis 600 mm sweep Air Circulator Fan complete including loading , unloadingand and dismantling after programme as per direction of EIC.

S& Errection of 9 mtr. ST pole 1.5mtr.below the ground as per diretion of EIC, the foundation to be made by using brick& loose earth soil.

Providing on hire basis 5A/15A plug socket complete with necy wiring in 3x 1.5 sqmm single core copper wire and dismantling as directed by EIC after the programme.(Aveg Run-3 Mtr)

S& Errection of galvanized D clamp incl. suplying suitable galvanized pole clam for fixing light fitings.

S&L Earth by 50mm dia 2mtr.long Gipipe with 8SWG GI earth wire approx.length 4mtr.asto GS.

Maintenance & operation arrangement of the installation around the clock ie 3 electrician & 3 helper

Guarding arrangement for temporary electrical -installtion at the said places around the clock i.e.3 shift per day

Transportation charges of above materials from co's godown to site and return back to co.godown

Necessary back up arrangements with rated CPCB approved DG sets including sufficient back up arrangements , diesel, mobil and operator with Earthing and panels as per IS code.During testing and during programme the DG will be run (Max-30 Hrs).Each DG must be backed up by a similar rating of DG set.This item includes necessary cable and Change over switch.The DG must be placed at site, 2 Days before the programme.(62.5KVA-7 nos )

Providing on hire basis suitable Public Address System with operator for the program days.The amplifier should be of minimum 400Watt for police announcement purpose with horns minimun 2 Numbers, 2 number speaker,microphone 1 number with stand, inclusive all necessary connection as required as per direction of EIC

* All components of this work should be brought of good quality and inworking condition. * Reserve stock should be brought at site without extra cost. In case of malfunctioning of any component or components, those faulty items should be replaced with good one then & there. * All materials should be used of IS standard. * Temporary installation should be made safe maintaing all relevant safety standards conforming to BIS.
