M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from internal surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls and mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, including taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surface complete, all as specified and as directed. Note : - Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc external surfaces of walls/ RCC surfaces/ soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty average 2mm thickness on external walls/ RCC surfaces/ soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc (thickness vary as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and as directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty/ Birla Wall care Putty/ Bison Wall Putty. Notes: (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor shall inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work shall start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer in-Charge through site order.

M&L for applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sqm/litre/2 coats by Mechanical Means to external wälls/RCC surfaces/soffits chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer 11 sqm/ litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality] Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (Apex) or Technocommercially equivalent make of Berger/ Nerolac.

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces of external wälls/RCC surfaces/soffits chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc including cornices and applying 01 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sqm/litre/1 coats by using roller by using following brands of emulsion complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality] Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (Apex) or Technocommercially equivalent make of Berger/ Nerolac.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc from internal surfaces of walls & ceiling with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick (average thickness) acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls/ceilings (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all a s specified and as directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty /Bison Wall Putty.
