Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil in the structures upto 3m depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materials including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P, etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying of cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) using 4cm size black hard granite crusher broken stone aggregate including watering, curing and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Masonry work using Flyash Bricks of size 250mm X 125mm X 80mm having crushing strength not less than 75 kgs/ cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P with portland slag cement (PSC) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with necessary projections, splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
25mm thick Damp proof course with cement concrete work of prop.(1:2:4) using 12mm and downgraded size black hard ganite crusher broken chips on new work providing chicken mesh including watering, curring & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P, etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
