Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts piers columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9.00 here-in-before but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using sub class 'B' old sized bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 11.00 here-in before but except bricks.

M&L for mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of steel surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(Each line wire to be measured).

S&F punched tape type concertina coil (PTTC ) 610 mm dia having 50 turns and approx. weight 8.75 kg + 5% and stretches to cover a distance at 5-7 mtrs all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil at a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where required at a level n.exc 1.5 m above or below the starting point all as specified and directed.
