Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete & removing debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan with mean radius exc 6 m built in CM1:6 incl demolition built in CM of any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces walls incl integral liquid water proofing admixture @200 ml per bag of cement finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Integral liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for rendering wall, chhaja,15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Pidi proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit/Conplast WP90 of fosroc integral water proofing admixture:- @ 200ml/bag over two coats of polymer based bonding agent in the ratio (1:4:7) (One part bonding agent, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture/sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Integral liquid water proofing admixture and polymer based bonding agent to be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing admixture, Pidiproof 101 LW+/Conplast WP90 of Fosroc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Polymer based bonding agent, Super latex 302 Dr fixit/ Sika Latex Power/ Fosroc Nitobond SBR complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 on brick/concrete surfaces finish even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2024, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 liter/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
