Details of Works

Errection, of single support 8.5MTR PCC pole for LT line, including fixing of necessary clamps (Stone pad ,Holding clamp, I Hook with clamp, nut bolt & washer will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Errection, of single support 9MTR ST pole for LT line, including fixing of necessary clamps (stone pad,Danger board with clamp ,Holding clamp, I Hook with clamp, nut bolt & washer will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Painting of ST POLE (Aluminum paint, Red oxide paint etc will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Grouting & Plinthing of PCC/ST pole. Grouting ratio 1:4:8, Cement, Stone Grit & Coarse Sand (all grouting material will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost

Earthing of PCC/ST pole complete with the help of M.S. rod 16 mm dia and 2.5 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. (All decentralized material G.I. strip ,nut bolt and clamp will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Errection & Commissioning of (3x120+1x195+1x16)/ (3x95+1x70+1x16) sq.mm LT AB cable, ( dead end clamp, suspension clamp, PG clamp ,I Hook with clamp, Nut bolt , PRC Connector etc will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Errection & Commissioning of 3 Phase LT distribution boxes on the LT PCC/ST poles , connections & sealing its, connection between Distribution Box & AB cable by 1x35 sq. mm LT PVC cable (Distribution box, clamp, LT PVC Cable, PRC Connector, Nut & Bolt with washer etc will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Spreading and stringing of single wire continuous ACSR Dog /Weasel conductor for LT Neutral line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole. The work also includes opening of O/H cable service line and its connection after sagging the conductors as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule.( nut bolt ,Holding clamp, Al. binding wire including ,insulator will be arranged by the contractor at his won cost. )

Errection & Commissioning of ACB 3P 415V, 400Am to improve LT fuse protection system , Making foundation size as pr required, stepping , plastering the same with cement sand in raio 1:6 & Fixing the structure for ABC.( ACB 3P 415V, 400Am,material related civil work,structure for ABC etc will be arranged by the contractor at his won cost.)

Laying/hanging of following LT cable of different sizes at different site for connecting the main cable from T/F to ACB and ACB to distribution box/ LT section Pole, crimping Al. Lug both ends of cable if required and tapping be made inside distribution box. (Nut bolt, Al. lug ,service clamp ,AL. binding wire,tape will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Earthing of T/F Body, Neutral and Metering Cubical Complete by 40 mm dia 2.5 Mtr. Long G.I. pipe electrodes by digging 3 Mtr. deep pits , making alternate layer of salt & charcoal and connecting with GI Strip of size 25x6 mm with clamps, Testing of earthing as pr rule ofter complete this work result will be satisfactory then connect all connection properly (All material related this work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) NOTE - Attached technical specification & photo

Fixing of TPMO switch at existing DP ,opening all type connection & reconnection during work(U bolt, clamp, nut & bolt, channel etc will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Laying of double 3.5*400/240/150 sq mm LT XLPE cable normal soil by digging of trench 900 mm deep, 600 mm wide at diffrent site. The enter axial spacing between two cable. The cable shall be laid between two continuous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms and Electrical safety rules ( GI pipe,nut bolt ,Holding clamp, HDPE pipe, bricks, sand, Al. lug, LT jointing kit etc will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole. The work also includes opening of O/H cable service line and its connection after sagging the conductors as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule.(nut bolt ,Holding clamp, Al. binding wire cycle strip,shaickle insulator etc will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Errection & Commissioning /replace of MMCB to improve LT fuse protection system , Making foundation size as pr required, stepping , plastering the same with cement sand in raio 1:6 & Fixing the structure for ABC.( MMCB, material related civil work, structure for MMCB etc will be arranged by the contractor at his won cost.)

Replace the damage or losted pannel cover of existing LT distribution pannel,fixing and making foundation size as pr required ( Lt pannel,Al. lug,nut & bolt,material related civil work, [vc tape,empire tape etc will be arranged by the contractor at his won cost. )

Cartage, loading, unloading of all centralised material from Naine central store to site
