Taking down wooden frame with shutter without taken off shutter from the frame,not exceeding 1.5 sqm each including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Glass shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed, openable/ sliding type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m (shutter of size 40x18x1.55mm) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Glass shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing aluminum anodized grill DG 916 of 10 mm dia rod square, rectangular, circular or similar type of shape, aperture not exc 7 cm in length or width fixed with `H’ or `F’ channel 38 mm x 12 mm x 1.30 mm (Sec No 8778) complete all as specified and directed. Make Grill No 20 of DECOREL or similar make as mentioned in PS.

Supply and fixing 5mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing cleats with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed to aluminum framing complete all as specified directed.

M & L Forming Jambs etc incl cutting toothing and properly bonding into old work facing, joining to match existing work complete in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting, dado, riser, cooking platform, cill etc laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of tiles of any descriptions in floors or dados etc. including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

DemolItion of concrete of any description andin any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for (green) marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, flooring and landings of stair case, risers, treads and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade but marble of any shade other than white and black including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified directed

S&F stainless steel round or square pipes SS-304 grade, clamp, blaster etc including polishing framed work as in staircase railing, ledder etc drilling/ fixing as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal or similar make as mentioned in PS.
