M&L for Preventive treatment against the danger of carbonation in exposed faces of RCC members :- (i) Cleaning existing surfaces of RCC members and making surface free of loose material, oil, grease etc. by vigorous wire brushing including light grit blasting where necessary as recommended by Engr-in-charge. (ii) Further, cleaning using biocide(as recommended by manufacturer) to ensure that surface is free of algae and fungus and no trace of paint (any type) left out. Sand blasting to be done to remove trace of paint. (iii) Cleaned surface to be allowed to dry. (iv) Spray a coat of primer (as recommended by manufacturer) over dry cleaned surface as required prior to final finish. Primer shall be diluted in proposition 2:1 with mineral turpentine. After application, primer shall be allowed to dry for 03 hours or as directed. (v) Apply a coat of neat Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) over the primed surface with air / spray gun at nominal rate of 3.5 ltrs per sqm as recommended by manufacturer. (vi) Apply a more coat of Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) after 5-6 hours as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (vii) Sprinkle sand cover over surface to receive new.

M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the coloumns, slabs & beams (on all four sidescription of column to full height , three sidescription of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved) (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating. Superficial area of member to be considered for measurement.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. NOTE :- Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed.including M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. For purpose of payment area in touch with concrete shall be measured. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is inclueded in this item.

M&L for strengthening existing reinforcement by use of mild steel bars of any dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guiniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guiniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Demolition of RCC of any description, in any position roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, RCC overhead tank and similar suspended work and Removing demolished materials exc. 1.50 km but n exc.5 km including taking down from upto four storey building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, roof, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and lapping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) exc. 1.5Km but n exc 5km and depositing where directed at above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on roof slab, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed 10 mm thick (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) on roof, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane plain finish minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm at overlapping joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of APP membrane and applying two coats of aluminium paint at surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid over and including 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on cooking platform, floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Granite (of any type) work, 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms with necessary hole for gas pipe where ever required and likes over and including bedding of 20 mm in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match including rounded edges with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Min price of Granite including all taxes shall be Rs 150 per Sqft.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring, and (one Pieces) as in steps (Treads), 20-25mm thick over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser, of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking platefom,and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for glazed Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm ( size 600 mm x 600 mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 32 here in before but as in skirting laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made modular FRP Chajjas with MS Flats 40 x 3mm, minimum 06 Nos Hold and Fastner including cutting/chesling of required thickness (As per manufacturer instruction) of wall or as per direction of Engr-in-Charge for upto 4th storey of building and making good disturb portion including demolition of reinforcement cement concrete chajjas as suitable method and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for applying a coat of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with tapercreate @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm after cleaning and drying the old/new surfaces(Make of tapercreate M/S CICO Engg Services) then applying the layer of fibre glass cloth while the above coat is still green. The overlap of fibre glass cloth shall be not less than 100 mm.(Make of fibre glass cloth M/S The Structure Water Proofing Co Pvt Ltd) and then applying 1.5 mm thick layer @ 1.288 Kg/Sqm mixed with taper create @ 0.570 Kg/Sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 Kg/Sqm. Allow the treatment to air curing for four hours followed by water curing for 48 hours complete all as specified and directed.
