Demolition of mud in roof incl mud/ clay tiles any thickness including plastering and leeping and APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials to a distance of exceeding 4 KM but not exceeding 5 KM including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour Cutting out cracks to V-section 10mm wide and 30mm indepth in existing roofs , walls, cleaning out wetting,grouting and plugging Renderoc CF. crack filler for sealing cracks,or for wider cracks polymer modified CM 1:4 or Nitobond SBR may be used for polymerization of mortar as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix galvanised Tubes 20 mm dia, medium grade , with all tube fillings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed , bore of pipe 20mm, all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of concrete surfaces bt cleaning the surface with wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles,ready the surface and treated with following application :- (a) Applying primer Nitobond SBR styrene butadine polymer bonding agent come cement mortar & concrete modifier 4.5 sqm/ltr (b) applying two coats high build fibre reinforced acrylic waterproofing coating i.e Brushbond roofguard @ 0.50 Ltr/Sqm per coat. Note - The application of Brushbond Roofguard should not be done if the temprature of the substrate is below 10 Deg C. The second coat brushbond Roofguard shall be applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state all as specified and directed by manufacturers instructions.

Supply and Fix submain wiring 3 run of 4.0 Sqmm copper cunductor, multystranded, PVC sheathed wire in concealed PVC conduit, all as specified and as directed.

Hot water pipe medium class, 20 mm bore duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding, all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling of Complete Solar water heating system including GI Pipes, Hot water Pipes, Gate valves, PVC tank, Iron staging, Solar plates/ tubes and electric connection and free roof top of bldg for roof treatment, all as directed.

Material and labour for reinstalling solar water heater 100LPD system complete including MS structure duly painted with one coat of synthetic enamel primer and two coats of enamel paint and embedding in PCC foundations and connecting up incoming and outgoing GI pipes all as directed.

Material and labor for repairing 100LPD solar water storage tank by removing old heavily corroded MS outer cover and fixing new outer made of 18 SWG bent to shape and welded/riveted and duly painted inside with one coat of synthetic enamel primer and outer with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including removal and replacement of glass wool insulation as required all as directed.

M&L for dismantling damaged/uncerviceable solar water heater tubes and replacing with vaccume glass tube 58mm outer dia, suitable for 100 LPD solar plant ( Make - Solchrome) including testing for efficient functioning, all as specified & directed.
