Cost of excavation of 132 kv Gantry foundation pits including all earth work back fillling, ramming and levelling etc including cost of borrowed soil if required.
Cost of concreting with 1:2:4 mix concreting for all type of foundation including cost of cement , sand ,stone ballast, dewatering, forming, shoring shuttering and curing but excluding cost of installation of reinforcement bars.
Cost of concreting with 1:3:6 mix concrete for all type of foundation including cost of cement , sand , stone ballast, dewatering forming, shoring and shuttering and curing but excluding cost of installation of reinforcement bars.
Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing, binding etc .
Erection of super structure of all types of towers and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware and accessories but including fitting of number plate, danger plate, phase plate and punching of bolts ( Wt. of tower is excluding the weight of stub, washers, nuts & bolts etc. )
Tack welding of all the bolts upto the height of one section of tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher and application of zinc rich aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material and T&P etc.
Laying ,Stringing ,tensioning clamping,jointing etc of ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e, fittings armour rods,vibration dampers etc etc. of all six conductor for all six phases.
Laying & Stringing of one no. 7/3.25 mm GS earthwire with all necessary hardware and accessories including clamping, jointing etc
Grounding work for counterpoise earthing.
De-stringing of all six phase ACSR conductor and earthwire safely and wrapping it in drums. Work includes removal of all hardwares and accessories & thereafter transportaion of these to UPPTCL store.
Dismantling of towers of existing line including removalof tack welded nut & bolts & thereafter transportaion of these to UPPTCL store and proper stacking.
Protection of tower footings.
Random rubble stone masonary including excavation (1:6) mortar
M 15 (1:2:4) mixed concrete for top seal cover of revetment.
