Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts(wood/ steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed natural ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded agg as in foundation mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size bricks in cement mortar, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as spd as directed

M&L flush pointing in CM 1:3 to brick work in walls/drain complete all as spd as directed

M&L 15mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on fair faces of brick work is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as spd as directed

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required completeas directed edges joint filling with in CM 1:4 complete including excavavtion for kerb stone as directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floors to receive surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Repair by welding exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded to steel gates/windows.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Form work to sides of the Column,pillars, posts, struts, piers and stanchions completed all as specified and directed.

S&F Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) but not less than 0.9 mm dia conforming to Fe-410 , complete all as specified.

M&L 15-18 mm thick granite of any colour (tablee rubbed and polished) as in Gate pillar, in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including form work , pointing in white cment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with full round bull nosing edging where reqd complete all as spd as directed Note: Coloured approved by EIC.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of syntetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide of zinc chrome primer complete all as spd &directed .

M&L for new surfaces on kerb stone applying one coat of Kerb Painting Kerb stone painting with glossy paints for day and night visibility, with different color combinations Black/White or Yellow/Black over one coat of Priming paints coat of any description complete all as Spd and directed
