Repairing of 250 KVA 11KV/0.415KV Transformer with Re-filling and De-Hydration of Transformer Oil, replacement of 11KV AB switch, HG fuse and other faulty accessories of DP structure at RTTC, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar.

Disconnection of the HT & LT cables, earthing connections etc. from the 250KVA Indoor type Transformer i/c liaisson with the DISCOM authority to obtain shut down of 11KV line to carry out the repairing works of Transformer etc. as required.

Dismantling the faulty 250KVA 11KV/0.415KV oil cooled Transformer at site after draining out the transformer oil, removing the conservator tank, terminal boxes, HT and LT bushings and other accessories,removing the job from transformer tank with help of crane/chain pulley, draining out the old transformer oil, removing sediments and cleaning of tank etc. complere as required.

Repairing of 250 KVA, 11KV/0.415KV, 50 Hz Copper wound oil cooled Indoor type Distribution Transformer (Delta-Star) at site including replacement of worn out components i.e. gaskets, HV & studs, interconnection flats/wires, breather, silica gel etc. (Cost of components are not included in this item and may be quoted separately) with reassembling the core & windings and all the aforesaid parts, re-commissioning etc. as required.

De-Hydration and filtration of old Transformer oil at site to obtain required BDV i/c testing of Transformer oil before and after de-hydration and submission of test reports thereof etc. as required.

Top up of superior quality transformer oil (IS:325-1993) of approved make in the Transformer including filtration etc. complete as required.

Painting of Transformer body (outside) with superior quality enamel paint with spaying machine after de-rusting and de-scaling etc. complete as reqiored.

Replacement of faulty Lightening arrestors by new ones of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor of 9KV (RMS), 10KA heavy duty type suitable for operation on nominal system voltage of 11 KV and highest system voltage of 12 KV , for transformer Sub-station, complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers, connection of earth strips etc. as required. (Comprising of 3nos per set)

Replacement of damaged and unserviceable AB switch by new one of 11 KV, off load, single break, triple pole, horizontal type, gang operated air break switch having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator per phase complete with galvanized channel iron base, arcing horns, 25 mm dia. 6mtr. long GI pipe, tinned copper wire braided flexible earthing wire & operating handle with locking arrangement etc. complete as required including dismantling of faulty and damaged AB switch from the DP structure i/c cutting the base channels/bolts etc. complete as required. (The dismantled faulty & damaged AB switch may be retained by the agency)

Replacement of damaged and unserviceable DO/HG fuse units by new one of 3 phase, 11 KV outdoor type Horn Gap Fuse unit having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator (5KN) per phase complete with channel, cu-wire etc. as required (one set comprising 3 units) as per the following type.

Horn Gap Fuse unit with porcelain Insulators-continuous rated current 100A, 50Hz, Service voltage/Rated voltage- 11KV / 12KV rms, minimum creepage distance of insulators 320mm as per the specifications.

Rewiring of the DP structure of Transformer Sub Station with 55sqmm AAA /50sqmm insulated Al.conductor stranded cable with al. Lugs/sockets, binding with post insulators etc. complete as required.

Painting of RS joist type DP structure with all MS channels, angles, flats etc. by two coats of primer and two coats of superior quality aluminium oxide paint after removing the rusts etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing High Voltage size 250mm x 200mm danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red colour on front side as reqd.

Liaison with different units of the supply authority i.e. Field units etc. for obtaining shut down of 11KV line to carry out the repairing works of 11KV Sub Station DP structure, re-energisation, testing and re-commissioning etc. as required.
