Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres., With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to seve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 thnnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :, New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10 sqm.
