Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Solar Power Plant of 25 KW including Solar Panels, Solar Inverter, Module Mounting Structure and comprising of following:-

(i) Solar PV module Pmax 335 Wp C-Si 72 cells Efficiency not less than 16.20 , Voc 45.00 , Isc 9.03, AR coated antimony free glass material with connecting Junction box all as spd. = 75 Nos Make :- lanco , Adani , Tata , Topsun, Andslite ,WAAREE, LUMINOUS

(ii) Grid tied inverters 3 phase 25 KW 50 HZ having MPP tracker with SPD glass , surge protection devices having efficiency 98% graphical display - inbuilt LED interface with RS 485 and compatible for online monitoring system suitable for Ambient temperature , protection IP 65 , Overvoltage / under voltage protection all as spd . Make :- ABB, Delta , Siemens , WAAREE, LUMINOUS ,Schneider , Tata. = 01 Set Note:- Inverter shall be capable of synchronisation with grid supply and DG Set supply.

(iii) DC Solar distribution Box to collect the DC output from Array junction Box and supply to Inverter weatherproof for outdoor applications and including MCB / MCCB of proper rating depending upon the cap of the power plant complete all as spd. Make :- HPL / Schneider / Siemens / ABB/ Filatech - 01 Set

(iv) AC Solar distribution Box to collect the AC output from Inverter weatherproof for outdoor applications and including MCB / MCCB of proper rating depending upon the cap of the power plant complete all as spd. Make :- HPL / Schneider / ABB/ Siemens/ Filatech = 01 Set

(v) Grid interfacing unit having MCCB cap 40 amp 4 pole 25 KA microprocessor based all as spd. Make :- ABB / Schneider / L&T / Siemens/ Filatech = 01 Set

(vi) AC / DC cables ISI mark, as per site requirement or as per direction by Engr - in- Charge.

(v) All materials used shall have a proven history of reliability and stable operation in external applications.It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity upto 100% with ambient temperatures between -4°C and +60°C and shall withstand gust upto 200km/h on the surface of the panel. Each and every SPV module shall be checked for conformity with relevant standard and no negative tolerance shall be accepted.

(vi) Online monitoring system. Make :- Delta/ ABB/ or as approved

(vii) Hot dip galvanised MS mounting structure ,such structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take max insolation , mounting structure shall be designed to withstand the speed of 150 KM per hour be designed , fasting arrangements grouting , clamping etc be provided to secure the installation against specific wind complete all as spd Note:- The mounting structure steel shall be as per latest IS , and galvanisation of the mounting structure shall be in compliance . structural material shall be corrosion resistent and electrolytically compatiable with the materials used in the module frame , its nuts and bolts . the fasteners used should be make up of mild steel . the structures shall be designed to allow easy replacement of any module :- (i) PCC fdn if reqd deemed to be included

Note :- Entire work of solar power plant shall be got executed from specilist firms ie GE/ Suzlon / tata /WAAREE / LUMINOUS / Topsun/ Jivana Energy Pvt Ltd. The cost of applicable charges / permission from UPNEDA etc all as reqd deemed to be included in quoted rate and One year free O&M

Supply and fixing 3 Phase Solar Bidirectional Net Meter as per IS 13779 , Current rating 10-60 Amp , accuracy class 1, seprate reading for active energy kWh & kVAh Import & Export, Net energy kWh with sign complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T , Secure or equivalent.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying cable and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where as directed as a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for Brick, sub class ‘B’, old size, laid in trenches as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l sand cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- After cushioning total thickness measured as 18 cm.

Supply and laying and fixing in position galvanised iron pipe 50 mm bore medium grade laid through wall/under floor/under road/in trenches complete all as specified

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 X 3mm size(upto 7.5 meter from ground electrode) by means of copper/ steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test terminal block and testing on completion with and including 25 mm bore, light grade GI protection pipe for strip upto plinth protection, PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover, reinforced with 6 wire mesh and 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I
