Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not excceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells , cess pits, man holes etc n.exe 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5m depth and getting out.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance exceeding 500 metre & not exc. 1.00 Km depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre abvoe the starting point, including spreading, complete.

Returning filling in trenches with soil, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete.

Moorum/Red bajri filling in floors or pavements, or in trenches, laid in layers not exceeding 15 Cm thick, spread, levelled & well rammed including, complete.

Hard core of stone (granite/basalt/trap) boulders or broken stone of gauge not excedding 63mm deposited spread levelled watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15 Cm thick to true surface, complete.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling as mass concrete incl formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in drains/surface channel, complete.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains haunching complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTRA for forming fair finished channel 45 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including moulds mitred stopped ends etc, complete.

Add /deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 45 cm girth complete. Note: (Ref item No 11 This item is applicable for adjustment of girth of channel during execution).

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping and like including weathering slightly rounded/chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete complete.

M&L RCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

M&L providing precast cement concrete tybe B-1( 20mm graded stone aggregate) in landing, cover slabs( For manholes, drains etc) and in similar works set in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L 15 mm thick plaster in one layer in CM 1:4 on concrete/fair faces of brick surface, with surface finished fair & even.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and bindingwith and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 50mm bore single socketed in any length provided as in weep hole in brick wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Re-inforced concrete pipe dia 300 mm (internal dia) Class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L Re-inforced concrete pipe dia 450 mm (internal dia) Class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing & similar work, not exc. 200m thick (horizontal or sloping) fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specfied.

M&L 60 mm thick "I" shape interlocking tile glossy finish of M-30 mix laid over 40 mm (average) thick dry sand cushioning,filling of joints with sand & compaction using surface vibrator after filling of joints and edges shall be secured with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall not be measured and paid separately .
