M&L for repair of DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 (MES No B-4574-S)by dismantling the sub-assemblies such as fuel pump, fuel injection, governor, turbo-charger, radiator, oil cooler, engine heads, rocker arms, self starter, dynamo-engine wiring, terminal contacts and safety controls etc., including replacement of spare parts as required and re-assembling the sub-assemblies after carrying out necessary repairs including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Supply only spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule 'A' (b) Repairs and calibration of sub-assemblies shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of schedule 'A'.

M&L for repair & calibration of turbo charger as per calibration procedure and norms as per manufacturer's standard including replacement of turbo supply & discharge hoses and clamps and de-scaling of turbo charger,for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Spares will be measured seperately under relevant schedule.

M&L for repair & calibration of PT fuel pump & injectors as per calibration procedure and norms as per manufacturer's including replacement of unserviceable 'O' rings, plungers and cups etc., for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for De-scaling of remote coil cooler/radiator by dismantling and cleaning the core pipes with cleaning chemicals (radi wash), components and arrest the leaking core by brazing/dummy with lead including cleaning of upper and lower tanks and replacing gaskets and required nuts, bolts, refixing the same including testing and painting for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair and reconditioning of water pump by complete dismantling and including replacement of unserviceable and wornout spares, fixing back in the engine and testing all as specified and as directed for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only the following spare parts as required during repair of DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 for 'B' check of the engine for smooth functioning and carrying out the complete checks as per the OEM instructions all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Replace the lubricating oil. (b) Replace lubricating oil filter element. (c) Replace lubricating oil by pass filter element. (d) Replace the fuel filter element. (e) Check engine coolent. (f) Check the crank case breather. (g) Check turbo charger (for turbo fitted engine). (h) Draining out unserviceable engine oil from sump. (i) Checking & adjusting fan belts. Note. Engine oil & coolant shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule.

Supply and filling of coolant concentrate for radiator of DG Set of any capacity and make complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling engine oil for topping up in engine oil sump with suitable grade oil SAE-20W-40 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair automatic voltage regulator of model AS440 of Stamford suitable for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Deep sea engine controller model No 7320 suitable for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins & Model No KTA 2300 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Cummins Governor cord suitable for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 2mm thick CRCA sheet panel with necessary auxiliaries, relay cord, emergency stop button, control supply on/off button etc for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins and Spare compartment for fixing engine controller, AVR, Governor card complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The spares engine controller, AVR, Governor card will be measured and paid separately

S&F in repair wiring harness for the DG Set 750 KVA of Cummins complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item No.1 to 49 :- (i) The quoted rate inclusive for carrying out testing of DG set by testing Officer nominated by HQ CE A&N through AO . The cost of POL required for testing the DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates. The DG Set shall run for a period of 12 Hours continuosly with existing connected load with ratio of loading maximum upto 75% loading or as per requirement at Site and as directed by testing Officer and GE/Engineer-in-Charge.(ii) The Contractor shall provide warranty for all spares replaced other periodical B Check during defect liability period

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring alongwith batten/PVC/steel conduits etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ floors to match the existing surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (FRLSH) and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 1.5 Sqmm (FRLSH) as earth lead in and including with PVC conduit medium grade of size not less than 20 mm dia and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Three run of cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

Supply & fixing in repair Switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair ceiling Rose, 3 terminal polycarbonate isolated body complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair PVC Gang box 1 way for mounting piano switches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of existing unserviceable tube light fitting with LED light fitting 20W, 2000lumen, CDL, 4 feet, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of existing unserviceable tube light fitting with LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt, 1000lm, CDL, 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair round LED surface downlighter 15 watt, 80lm/w, CDL for ceiling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED Wall Light 6W, 75lm/w, CDL, connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED bldg security light fitting, comprising of epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass cover in frame with lumen output not less than 3000 lumens and suitable wattage for system efficiency not less than 100 lumens/watt having secondary optics, min 30 watt roadway lumanarie type with ingress protection IP 65/66 and potted electronic driver of minimum IP 67 with THD less than 10%, PF>0.95, impact resistance IK> 08, CRI>70, CCT 5700K, SPD of capacity 10 KV etc complete and testing on completion complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement existing unserviceable tube light fitting with LED 18W inverter batten type fitting 4 feet long aluminium extruded housing with 04 Hrs backup,IP-20 ,rated voltage 230 V, 50 hz, system wattage 20W +/- 10%, system current less than 102 mA, power factor more than 0.95, system lumen efficiency 100lm/watt,CCT 6500K, CRI more than 80, THD less than 30%, driver efficiency more than 85% complete all accessories prewired and connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No 55 to 60 : Contractor shall submit LM 79 and LM 80 test reports from manufacturer from approved laboratory.

Supply and fixing in repair GI bracket, light grade 25 mm dia and 1.0mtr long, bend to shape including two numbers GI clamp of size 40mm in width & 3mm in thickness fixed on wall with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair IP 65/66 thermoplastic Polycarbonate cable junction box of size 93 x 93 x 62 mm with terminals which is totally shock proof, water proof, halogen free, silica and having thermally embedded gasket technology fixing on pole/surface/frame/wall with the help of GI clamp of required size/self drill screw with one no of MCB SP 6 Amp complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Double Wall corrugated pipe of size outer dia of 50mm and inner dia 38mm including specials such as end caps, bends, tees and reducers including GI clamps to fixed on wall complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCCB DB VTPN 4 way IP-54, IK-09 made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with copper bus bar 250A, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,415 Volts with double door, suitable for MCCB 4 pole 125 Amps as incomer and MCB single pole as outgoing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MCCB and MCB will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing industrial plug & socket 63 Amps, 3 phase including metal plug and socket complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB 125 Amps, 415V, 25 KA, 4 Pole, thermal adjustable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TP 63A, 415V, 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6A, 240V, 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable three run of 10 Sqmm single core 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, medium duty not less than 25mm dia fixed on wall/ceiling with GI saddles, GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings and one run of 10 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor for earth continuity wire complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Four run of single core cable with ine run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and PVC conduit accessories will be measured as one length.

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable two run of 4 Sqmm single core 1100 volts grade (FRLSH) drawn through in and including PVC casing and caping medium duty not less than 20 mm width fixed on wall/ceiling with GI saddles, GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor for earth continuity wire complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : two run of single core cable with ine run of earth continuity conductor and PVC casing and caping and its accessories will be measured as one length.
