Material and Labour for servicing of Solar street light fitting of 2x11/1x11 watt capacity including servicing of module cleaning, battery inspection, checking of distilled water in battery , inspection of electronic circuits etc.

Supply and Fix in repair battery box for battery housing suitable for solar light fittings

Supply and Fix in repair battery 110 AH 12 Volts suitable for solar lights

Supply and pore battery electrolyte (distilled water with acid) once in every quarter for each battery

Supply and Fix in repair luminaire assembley for 1x11 watt LED lamps (new solar light fittings) with complete accessories all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour or repairs to solar water heater system by checking the leakage / sepage of the system if found rectified through the authorised dealers. Draining out the system by opening the cold water out let and hose to the bottom tank,dry out the system refilling the same after rectifing the leakes ,topping up with anti freeze solution of soft water,check the corrosion sacrificial anode,replace if found defective,clean the collector of capacity 100 LPD complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core including dismantling of old U/S cable

All as per item no.16 above but 16 Sqmm 4 core

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of cable.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and lay brunt bricks class 'B' of standard size in trenches for protection of UG cable.

Material and Labour for Aluminium painting to Steel tubular Street light pole for 5.5 mtr from top towards bottom and next 0.45 mtr Navy Blue and next 1.10 mtr white and 0.45 mtr Synthetic enameld paint yellow & black colour (Tiger cross) on Coping and writing pole No with white paint inside of black circle above the Navy blue painting and aluminium painting to GI bracket / pipe etc.and sticking of reflector stricker red in colour on the Poles at the height of 1.5 metre above the copping and all as specified and and as directed.

Material and Labour in replacement sub main wiring with two single core 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia including accessories fixed on poles with proper bracings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of 1.5 sqmm, one run of 1.5 sqmm conductors and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit

Replacement of unserviceable wire/cable from junction box to light fitting fixed on pole on existing PVC conduit by PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor FRLS of 1.5 sqmm 2 runs. Note:- Two runs of 1.5 sqmm conductors shall be measured as one unit

Supply and errection of steel tubular swaged pole 09 M long type 410-SP-31 complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including necessary excavation and earth work, in loose/soft/hard soil of size 600 x 600 x 1500mm, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in plinth block/coping disposal of surplus soil up to 50 M, Painting inside with black bitumen paint and out side with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide Primer and numbering of poles and block & white striping up to 1.5 Mtr height, 300mm wide complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre, deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to 4 mm dia thick galvanised earth wire by means of bolts, nuts, washers, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as specified or indicated including excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) in chamber RCC cover 40mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) with 8 mm MS rod as 15cm in both ways with hooks, funnels with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs,GI protection pipe and testing on completion.
