Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 50mm bore with & including all fittings complete, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

S&F Gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, ISI marked for 50mm bore pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Butterfly Valve of size 50mm bore, cast iron body, as per IS 13095 (ISI marked), heavy duty, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non Return Valve of size 50mm bore, cast iron body, as per IS 5312 (ISI marked), heavy duty, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting/ dismantling of PCC hardstanding / Interlocking tiles path / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for laying of 50mm bore water supply pipe line and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and making good the same with & including plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) after laying of new pipe line complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for point wiring for one 3 Pin 15/16 Amps socket outlet with 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium duty, ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends, etc all as per IS, terminated in & including new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits, sinking for boxes and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one Single Pole MCB 20 Amp, 230 Volt, 10 kA, ‘C’ Curve, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure, DB, single door type, suitable for fixing MCBs, SPN with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 2 way, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, Single Pole, 240 Volts, rupturing capacity 10 kA, ‘C’ Curve, with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation & testing electric Geyser (water storage type) of capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 Star rating, and 8 bar pressure rated stainless steel (minimum wall thickness 2mm) tank with feroglass coated inner container enery saving high density PUF insulation, ISI marked, vertical ABS sock proof plastic body grouting of studs in wall in cement mortar (1:3) nuts, washers, provision of two Nos PVC braided connection 450mm long heavy duty with brass nuts and two Nos brass chromium plated angular valve, thermostate, non-return valve, Top plug 20 Amp with valve flange suitable for 15mm bore pipe for water supply connections fixed all as per manufacturer’s instructions, fixed with & including ‘Anchor’ type /fastener type bolts & nuts (Set of 4 bolts of 10mm dia 150mm long with nuts & washers) and making good the disturbed surface as original, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 6 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15 mm bore bib tap, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & as directed.
