The PSMB shall be binded and also in digital form in CD. These shall be signed by Engineer-in-charge and GE in token of their check. Performa/ pattern of PSMB shall be as given by GE.

SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-IV ROAD, PATH & CULVERTS WORKS
Excavation over area not exc. 1.5 metre deep, mixing cement (2% by weight), water with excavated soil in a mechanical mixer at OMC as per design and rolling with dual mode tandem vibratory 8-10 ton power roller of suitable capacity in layers not exceeding 20 cm thick to achieve minimum soaked CBR of 8% and minimum dry density 17.5 KN/Cum of soil, complete all as specified. SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-VI EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS
80 mm bore steel tubes ‘medium grade’, galvanized with all fittings, laid in trenches, complete all as specified
Cast Iron Sluice valve flanged Type, class PN-1, 80 mm bore ISI marked conforming to IS- 14846-2000 complete with stainless steel spindle flanged both ends drilled CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle suitable for CI/DI pipe line complete all as specified.
Construction of valve pit of internal size 750 mm X 750 mm X 750 mm including necessary earthwork all as specified in PSS-II clause 18.6.
Cutting of existing CI/DI/GI pipe line upto 150 mm bore for taking branch connection, including material & labour for inserting flanged type DI Tee 150 x 150 x 80 mm alongwith two tail pieces one end flanged and other end socketed complete including jointing material, complete all as specified . NOTE : Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.
SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-VII EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS
LT XLPE insulated cable 25 Sq. mm x 2 core screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing complete all as specified.
Sand cushioning using clean local tibba fine sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.
Brickwork using sub-class 'B' bricks as specified in particular specifications Section-II clause 5.2, for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjacent to each other, complete all as specified.
40 mm bore GI tubing light grade, ISI marked, for cable protection, supporting the air termination rod including fittings complete all as specified.
Supply, installing, commissioning & testing LT feeder pillar (outdoor type) made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick dust and vermin proof with IP 65 protection and angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, pedestal frame grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 20mm graded stone aggregate thimble and cable entry boxes with cable glands. Panel should be covered from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges complete with copper busbar of capacity 63 Amps, TPN, three phase, 04 wire (in separate chamber) including painting with two coats synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and consisting of the following:- (a) Incoming MCCB, 40 Amps, 415 volts 25 KA - 01 No. (b) MCB 32 Amps, single pole - 02 Nos.
Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600x 600x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32 X 6 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. it shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part – I.
NOTE FOR ITEM 114:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.
SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-VIII LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS
Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead copper strip 20X3 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required to be fixed with porcelain/ polymer insulators at the intervals of 0.60 metre so as not to be in electrical contact with building structure, complete all as specified.
Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead copper strip 32X6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified. Air termination, single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including providing necessary GI clamps nuts, washers and bolts for fixing rod to pipe, complete all as specified.
Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screws, complete all as specified.
Earthing complete with copper plate of size 600x 600x 3.15 mm as earth electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including Copper strip 20 X 3 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of brass bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part – I.

SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION - IX (SITE DEVELOPMENT & EARTH WORK)
Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including clearing away all grass, vegitation, saplings, bushes, wood under growth and removing it to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, complete all as specified.
Surface excavation and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.
Excavation over areas in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre deep and getting out complete, all as specified.
Excavation over areas in soft/loose soil exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metre deep and getting out complete, all as specified.
Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.
Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified.
Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.
Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc., not exceeding 1.50 m high from base, complete all as specified, NOTE FOR ITEM 129 :(i) Compaction of earth filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions so as to obtain standard proctor density not less than 95%. For payment purposes, volume of filling after deduction of 5% shall be considered. (ii) Approved excavated earth declared surplus and to be disposed off under subject work shall be used under this item.
Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc., not exceeding 1.50 m high from base, complete all as specified, for the following: -
Not exceeding 1.50 metre high from base.
Exceeding 1.50 metre but not exc 3.00 metre high from base.
Exceeding 3.00 metre but not exc 4.50 metre high from base.
Exceeding 4.50 metre but not exc 6.00 metre high from base.
Exceeding 6.00 metre but not exc 7.50 metre high from base.
NOTE FOR ITEM 130 :(i) Compaction of earth filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions so as to obtain standard proctor density not less than 95%. For payment purposes, volume of filling after deduction of 5% shall be considered. (ii) Earth to be used in these items shall be brought from outside MOD land as approved by GE. Cost of earth shall deemed to be included for necessary rough excavation, royality & transportation upto the site of work complete.
Removing excavated spoil and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified to a distance as under: -
Not exceeding 50 metre
Exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 250 metre.
