SCH 'A' PART-I (FIRE ALARM SYSTEM )

Supply and fix in repairs fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 Single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules up to 200 detector complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type multi sensor detector with heat and smoke combination as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs addressable type heat detector with base with rate of rise cum fixed temperature as per IS: 2175 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs addressable manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs addressable sounder complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs short circuit isolators complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs remote response indicators complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs addressable electronic sounder cum strobe complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repairs fire alarm sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal two stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 m with sound output variation of +5 DB 3500 m range complete all as specified and as directed Note for item Nos.1 to 9 :- (i) The existing make of Fire Alarm at site is of M/s Edward.All the items required for the work shall be of Edward make or compatible makes suitable for the existing Fire Alarm of Edward Make.

SCH 'A' PART-II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION )

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L in repairs for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor FR grade conforming to IS-694 part II with ISI mark FR grade drawn through and including suitable size rigid non metallic PVC conduit concealed with all accessories, including suitable size sunk presses steel or cast iron terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed flush with wall surface by means of brass screw and sunk cup washers for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including providing 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper conductor cable as earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaires/fan etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end all as specified for fan/light point for following for light / fan point

All as per item No. 11 here in before but for one 5 Amps socket point on independent board complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for point wiring complete with 4 Sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through including PVC conduit of suitable size and terminal boxes with new laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators etc including 4 Sq mm PVC insulated cable with copper conductor for earth continuity and connecting up complete for One 3 pin socket outlet 15 amps independent all as specified

M & L for circuit/sub main wiring complete with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through existing PVC conduit/casing and caping and accessories on surface of wall roofs etc with One runs of 1.5 Sq mm of PVC FRLS copper cable for earth continuity all as specified , dismantling existing circuit/ sub main wiring and making good disturbed portion complete all as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note: Three runs of 1.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit/casing and capping shall be measured as one run.

M & L in repairs for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC FRLS insulated cable with copper conductor multi stranded 1100 volts grade 4.0 sq mm through and including with suitable size of PVC conduit and its accessories, concealed on wall surface in ceiling along with fixing arrangement etc including one runs of 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated multi stranded copper earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified. Note: Three runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one run.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep belpow norma; ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 meter below ground level connected to but using GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers check nuts of steel GI welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to an including the earth test point of GI/steel of size 75x75x25 mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt , PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) chamber and 40 x 40 x 3mm mild steel angle iron frame and RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) , reinforced with 6mm dia bars at 75 mm C/C both ways with 12 mm dia round bar MS handle PGI funnel and wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for for watering all as shown in plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 2009,and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.
