The switchgear and control gear panels shall be of the fully arc proof LSC 2B, PM, IAC AFLR for 26.3 kA for 3 Sec complete all as specified and as directed. Disconnect carefully and shifting of Transformer 11KV/415 volt, 400/500 KVA to new location using special T&P and making connections means electrically and mechanically to make it functional complete including foundation and platform with step of size 2.5 mtr x 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr height made out of brick construction including excavation, PCC and rendering etc as per existing pattern complete all as per drawing No TD-699 sheet 1/1 and related TD drgs and dismentling existing plateform etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect carefully and shifting of Transformer 11KV/415 volt, 400/315 KVA to new location using special T&P and making connections means electrically and mechanically to make it functional complete including foundation and platform with step of size 2.5 mtr x 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr height made out of brick construction including excavation, PCC and rendering etc as per existing pattern complete all as per drawing No TD-699 sheet 1/1 and related TD drgs and dismentling existing plateform etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect carefully and shifting of DG set 500 KVA, panel board alongwith voltage stabiliser to new location using special T&P and making connections means electrically and mechanically to make it functional complete including PCC foundation plateform (1:2:4,M20 grade) of weight 2.5 times of the operating weight of DG set and approximate depth of 200 mm below ground surface and height of minimum 150 mm above ground surface is required so as to provide leveled surface for placement of the acoustic enclosure.The length and breadth of the plateform shall be atleast 250mm more than the size of enclosure .Genset shall be mounted on AVMs inside the enclosure.The plateform levels to be checked diagonally as well as across the length for even flatness.The plateform shall be within +/- 0.5 degrees (angle) of any horizontal plane.The contractor shall submit the drawing to Engineer in charge for approval before proceeding with the work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer copper wound step down 630 KVA out door type 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 ph, 4 wire 50 HZ AC with oil immersed air naturally cooled (ONAN Type), with external cooling tubes/radiators, Double wound core type copper wound having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/415 Volts corresponding to principal tapping,delta connected primary side (HV Side) and star connected on secondary side (LV Side) in accordance with vector symbol DYN 11 (Vector group-4) with neutral brought out on LV side and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter vary secondary voltage from ± 2 ½ %, ± 5% and ± 7 ½ % in step to be changed by mean of manual off load tap changing arrangements complete confirming to IS-1180 Pt-I 2014 all as specified. The transformer shall comprise of the following accessories consisting as per details mentioned in Annexure - "B" to BOQ. Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type 05 way RMU (at main gate near FON JCO mess) extensible IP54 floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of Load break switch-03 nos as incomer and fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-02 nos. as outgoing along with air insulated metering module. All live parts, bus bars of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side manual welded non magnetic/non ferrite /stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IEC 60376, 60376 &603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. . RMU should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21kA for 3 sec. for tank holding the HV components/cable box and paint shade and thickness should be as per AIS 632 IS -5. . RMU should be complete with following accessories consisting as per details mentioned in Annexure - "C" to BOQ. NOTE :- (i) Annexure- "C" to BOQ has been uploaded separately alongwith tender documents and is part of BOQ for all purposes. (ii) Drawing should be approved by GE before placing the order.
