Provision of house keeping services for Data Entry Opetrator for clerical work, i. e., compilation of the reports and returns, various data, generation of reports, keeping record of the progress of works, stores and entering of data in computers, uploading/loading of data on internet, to maintain Srl number of files, opening of new file according to main heading of the subject dealth with various sections, each letter in files and serially numbered with back refererence/forward reference, docket/index sheet and updating of files etc. ordered/required on all working day in a shift of 8 hrs per day from 0900 Hours to 1700 Hours in a week (except Wednesday & Saturday) and in a shift of 5 hrs from 0900 Hours to 1400 Hours for two days in week (Wednesday & Saturday) by employing (11) Eleven data Entry Operator, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a). Requisite Qualification :- 12th class pass from a recognised Board with two year experince and well working & practical knowledge about computer. He should be having full knowledge of MS Word, MS Excell, MS Power Point and a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute of English typing.

Provision of house keeping services for Photocopy Operator for handling of photocopy machine including maintening records thereof as ordered/required on all working in a shift of 8 hrs per day from 0900 Hours to 1700 Hours in a week (except Wednesday & Saturday) and in a shift of 5 hrs from 0900 Hours to 1400 Hours for two days in week (Wednesday & Saturday) by employing (01) One Photocopy Operator, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (a). Requisite Qualification :- 12th class pass from a recognised Board and well working & practical knowledge preferably literate and having experince in the same trade.

Provision of conservancy services for offices & logistic installation Safaiwala to maintain day to day service for cleaning of office complex premises including removing of waste, sludge etc from road, drain, complexes etc and disposal of waste as ordered/required on all working day in a shift of 8 hrs per day from 0800 Hours to 1600 Hours in a week (except Wednesday & Saturday) and in a shift of 5 hrs from 0800 Hours to 1300 Hours for two days in week (Wednesday & Saturday) by employing (13) Thirteen Safaiwalas, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Requisite Qualification :- Preferably literate and having experince in the same trade. (b) Contract's quoted rates will be deemed to be inclusive of Contractor's Profit & overhead charges & tools and plants and Non perishable stores for cleaning purposes Like tree trimming equipments as blades, lawn mower,trimming scissors, Hoe, shovel etc for uprooting of weeds, treaming and cutting of over growth and broom (with or without bamboo stick as handle) , dustpan, scrubber, duster etc for cleaning and scrubbing in general and surrounding area.

NOTE: The aadhar linked biometric attendance system shall be installed by the contractor at his own cost and three times daily attendance of all outsourced staff shall be logged (In morning between 08:30-09:00 hrs for safaiwalas, 09:00-09:30 hrs for data entry operators & photocopier operators/multitasking staffs, In afternoon between 14:30-15:00 hrs and in evening between 17:00-17:30 hrs for safaiwalas, 1730-1800 hrs for data entry operators & photocopier operators/multitasking staffs. The Aadhar linked biometric attendance sheet duly counter signed by contractor, JE-in-Chage and engineer-in-charge shall be submitted along with the claim of payment/ RAR.
