Excavation in trenches in any type of sol n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for getting out excavated soil all as direted

Returning & filling in trenches around pipe line, including spreding, leveling in layers n.exc 25 Cm after laying pipes and well ramming.

M& L for removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceding 50 mtr away from site and depositing where as directed at a level n.ecx 1.5 mtr above ground level.

Taking down 15mm GI steel tubing including fittings and fixtures including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of ball valve for 25mm dia, high pressure of PTMP with exoxy quoted aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC lid cover for PVC tank of different capacity mentioned above all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling the solar water heating system of 100/200 ltrs capacity cleaning the complete system wire brush and washing the panel with detergent and carrying out the servicing and reinstallation and commissoining of the system all as specified and as directed. Note : Spare parts replaced will be measured and paid separately relevant items.

Taking down the solar collector panel in replacement of Supply & fixing in 100 LPD non pressurised flat plate collector based solar water heating system with PUF insulated SS tank along with pre coaded clading covering the leaks by means of organ gas welding or brazing and re fixing the panel after testing the leaking all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacing of MS extended stand for 1000 ltrs cold storage tank size 1.5 x 2 x 2.5 mtr complete all as direcded by engineer in Charge

Supply & Fixing in replacement of solar flat plate collector size 1mtr x 2 Mtr icluding testing all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing Toughened glass for solar collector with glass sealant including replacing the old unserviceable one all as directed.

Dismantling the complete assembly of solar hot water tank in replacement of supply and fixing 200 ltrs pre insulated hot water storage tank with stand (inner tank SS 304 ) removing insulated fixtures including all inlet outlet connections testing the leakages with compressed air, reshaping the squeezed portion of its original shape,filling of leak points with brazing /organ welding and reclading,connecting the removed water lines,testing of solar water tank all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 3KW Heater coil 230V, 50Hz including replacing the old unserviceable one all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Thermostat 230V, 50Hz including replacing the unsv one all as directed.

Supply and fixing of flange dummy - 63 mm dia including replacing the unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fixing of Gasket/rubber dummy-63mm dia including replacing the unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fixing of sacrificial anode 3/4 including replacing unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fixing of Hose clamp including replacing the old unserviceable one.

High strength Calcium based granular chlorination chemical of following Specifications:- Make: Declicab/Aquafit/PURI chlor (a) Chemical analysis and Physical observations:- Description:- White granules Granular size:- (Mess passing through-100 BSS): 1:1(+ 0.1%) Water/ Moisture: 5.00(+0.2)% Other insoluble Calcium salt:- 1.1(+0.1)% Mercury and other Heavy Metal contaminants:BDL.The chlorination chemical must contain appropriate quantities of dispersants/corrosion inhibitors to prevent encrustation/scaling in distribution systems (b) Strength of Items of quantity of chlorination chemical required to obtain free chlorine of 1 PPM per one lakh liters of water: Requirement must be 125-200 grams per one lakh liter of water to achieve 1 PPM Av.Cl at injection point (Site and raw water quantity variation may apply additionally) (c ) Stability:- Projected shelf life of chlorination chemical must be one year with minimal loss of chlorine (d) Handling of chlorination chemical for regular chlorination: (i)Operational considerations: Must be safe to use in terms of level of insoluble components. There must be no risks relating to encrustations in equipment and pipe lines, no sludge generation, no hard water scaling in supply water. (ii) Operator health considerations: Chlorination chemical must contains acceptable levels of granular size to avoid risks to operators from health safety point of view. (e) Safety & health hazard aspects on usages of chlorination chemical for regular drinking water chlorination: Mercury and other Heavy Metal contaminants in chlorination chemical must be Below Dectectable Limit(BDL),based on which the product must be considered safe to use from human health safety point of view and freedom from toxicity when used in drinking water chlorination in recommended dosage.

Material and labour for painting of solar water heater including base structure complete with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparetion of old painted surface

Chemical and Bacteriogical analysis of water as per IS-1050,sample collected from borewells/shallow wells/BWSSB water /user point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note- water to be tested once in 6 month and approved at NABL LAB.

Cleaning and removing of all scales and dirt etc from PVC/RCC/ tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity not exceeding 500 Ltrs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
