Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc incl remove all debris in 2 KM form site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and providing and applying putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of putty on wall complete all as specified.

M&L for old decorated surfaces plastered or unplastered surface of wall and complete removal of existing treatment by rubbing , brooming down, washing with water etc applying two coat of oil bond distemper over one coat of putty on wall complete all a specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins,arches,pillars,etc., all as directed.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks, old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in half brick walls, in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and drying the brick surfaces , and make it dust free. Prewetting the surface with water before application of Dampblock 2k, and then applying a skim coat of polymerised putty and after drying 2 coats of smartcare dumpblock 2K @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm. (Application of plaster shall be measured and paid in appropriate item).
