Description all as per Item No 1 above but depth beyond 1.5m and n.exc. 3.00m complete all as specified and directed

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams, and similar works, verticle or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC (1:1.5:3) type A -1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations including rafts, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 8 above but 5 mm dia and over upto 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spred and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in flooring and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses and posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe - 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30cm long, diametre of neck 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corructed steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces on walls with CM (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of cement base paints on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including providing joints in between bays and wall, filled with mastic filling using one part of bitumen & three parts of sand complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II : Point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, laid in and including PVC conduit with clamps not less than 20 mm dia and 1.2 mm thick complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including factory made sunk type mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick (wall thickness) conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3mm thick hylem sheet top cover for mounting switches/ sockets/regulator etc including 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for One light point/ One fan point/bell point controlled by one No 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Two runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 2.5 Sqmm earth continuity conductor including casing caping shall be measured as one run length.

Heavy duty cable 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, twin core flat or circular 10 Sqmm cable served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed as in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspension wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

GI pipe light grade, 25 mm dia including necessary fittings, fixing clamp to wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

LED batten tube light fittings , 24 W, in extruded aluminium housing with diffuser with all accessories internally pre-wired, connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat No. LCCLB24-24CDL or equivalent model of make Phillips/Wipro/Jaquar/Surya/Magik.

MCB DB , SPN 8 way, double door with 200 Amp rated bus bar, horizontal type IP-43 including earth and neutral link ,complete with fixing accessories all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand/ Schneider/Siemens.
