Road lighting work involving the installation of one 9.5-meter tubewell-style high-mast unit and four 140/150 watt lights at various locations within the city.

1. Supply & fixing steel tubular pole 9.50 Metre long designated 410 SP-38 in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation including excavation & back fillig Clamp, Braket, Paint with 06 feet PVC Pole Cover , T&P having one year defect liability period with replacement complete in all respect.(SI No. 618 PWD Schedule 2018)

2. S/F of Angle Iron frame of L- angle iron size 50mmX50mm/ GI Circular Ring fabricated as per design approved for fixing 4 to 6 LED flood light including welding labour charge T&P etc complete in all respect.

3(A) (Cables in Existing Masonary Open Duct) Supply and Laying of 10 Sq mm 2 Core Aluminium Conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100V grade on wall surface as directed by Engineer in Charge complete in all respect including excavation and refilling. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc (S.I No.20e. 1.2 PWD Schedule 2024)

(B). Supply and Laying of 10 Sq mm 4 Core Aluminium Conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100V grade at depth of 750mm below ground level over a cushion of 75mm thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top as directed by Engineer in Charge complete in all respect including excavation and refilling. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc (S.I No.20a. 1.8 PWD Schedule 2024)

4. Supply & fixing of factory wired intergal LED flood light luminaries with die cast aluminum housing built with driver set suitable for 140 Watt. To 150Watt confirming to IP 66 and IK07 and above protection having Company LOGO Engraved including labour, Connection wire and cables as required with 5 years warrantee/ guarantee with replacement as per direction of the Engineer in charge complete in all respects having Specifications as : – ”16800-18000 System Lumen, High Power LED with lenses , 120 L,m/w, PF > 0.95, THD < 10% at full load, CRI> 70, Polled Driver Set in metal housing (Not Circuitry), Phase to Phase Protection at 440 V & > 300 V over voltage auto cut and restart feature, 4 KV internal Surge Protection.” CAT – AAA (S.I No. 23.25 PWD Schedule 2024)

5. Supply and burying of 600mmx600mmx G.I.plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 meters below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of one no. 8 to 10 SWG.G.I. wire will be extra) 30 cm square C.I frame with hinged cover masonary housing alternate layers of charcoal /coke and salt at least 150 mm thick alround etc. as per directions of Engineer –in-charge complete in all respects as per drawing ( This will apply for earthing of poles also)(S.I.No-702 PWD Schedule – 2018)

6. S/F of 32 Amp 240 VDP metal clad rewirable type switch fuse unit on M.D.F.E.G/bracket complete in all respect% Cat-B (SI No 305 PWD Schedule 2018) (One Year Defect liability)
