NCTPS I SEMII Circle Reconditioning of released hydraulic luffing cylinder for the use of Stacker 1B

Reconditioning of hydraulic cylinder for Stacker Boom luffing by reboring the hydraulic cylinder pipe to the required size, honing of the cylinder bore, polishing the inner surface, machining the Rod eye, rear flange and rear clevis and welding, ultrasonic testing of the welding joint assembling the piston rod with piston ,fixing the seal kit in piston rod and piston, fitting it with the hydraulic cylinder pipe, fix the bearings in the Rod eye and Rod clevis, fit the below. conducting hydraulic Testing to withstand pressure up to 315bar including transportation from NCTPS-I to workshop and back to NCTPS – I stores. (Size dia 220mm(piston) x dia 140mm (piston rod) xdia 1750mm stroke length)including cost of oil seal kit assembly – 1 set (if any materials required for the works the same will be supplied by the board at free of cost).
