Demolition of cement concrete incl terrazo flooring (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base, flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) Polished area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) over hacking of existing RCC/ concrete surface, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Hacking of RCC/ concrete surface using chisel and hammer or qpproved mechanical means to provide a roughened surface with proper keying, including removing loose particles, dust laitance, etc, and cleaning the surface thoroughly to receive proper bonding to concrete surafce. The work shall be done to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado over and including 10mm thick CM rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair/other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth of complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying Two coats of (white colour)100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions Make: Asian Paints (Apex Ultima),Berger (Weather coat long life flexo),Nerolac (Excel total),Shalimar paints (weatherpro+super luxury emulsion) or equivalent as approved by GE. Note: Rate inclusive of scaffolding at any height

Taking down shutters & refixing in same opening of any description exceeding 01 Sqm and not exc 02 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavation materials surplus or boulder soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of Broken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 100mm (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick Sand filling under floors as in sand cushioning for paver tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick in floors, steps, risers etc set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed with With mixture of white & grey cement in equal proments & no pigment, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75 mm thick PCC(1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregte) in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1.2.4) type B1 using 20 mm stone graded aggregate as in coping at sides paver blocks all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10 cm in width in PCC type C-1. (1:3:6)( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) to concrete or block masonry surfaces on fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly platered surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of primer on road kerb surfaces/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described complete all as secified and as directed by engr-in-charge.
