SWIPH System : Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Sea Water Intake System located near NCTPS-II Cooling water channel including Electro Chlorination plant, from control room through OWS in sequence as per the operational procedures and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Plant Water System : Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Plant Water System (which includes Pre Treatment Plant, Filtration system, Sea Water Reverse Osmosis, Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis, DM plant, sludge transfer pump house, Guard pond pump house, CMB, ETP, Filter water Pump House, PW Control room HVAC, all storage tanks and etc., from control room through OWS in sequence as per the operational procedures / as per the instructions of TANGEDCO Chemists / Engineers and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Fire Water Pump House System : Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Fire Water Pump House System, High Velocity Water Spray system, Medium Velocity Spray System, Inert gas system, including pipe lines, all types of valves with fire Protection and alarm pannels and etc., from control room through OWS in sequence as per the operational procedures and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system inside & outside of the plant and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

230kv & 765 kv GIS : Monitoring the 230kv & 765 kv GIS round the clock during normal & Emergency operations like carry out the task given by AEE/Shift, Monitoring & taking readings and assisting in operation of HVAC for GIS control room.

TG building Switch Gear : Monitoring the 11 kv SWGR (including all switch gears erected by BHEL) round the clock during normal & Emergency operations like carry out the task given by AE/JE/Shift, Monitoring & taking readings.

CWPH System : Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Cooling Water Pump House System including Electro chlorination Plant, NDCT from control room through OWS in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

FOUPH & FOFPH System : Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Fuel Oil unloading pump house system, Fuel Oil Forwarding pump house system from control room through OWS in sequence, assisting in un-loading of HFO & HSD Oil from the Oil tankers, dip level checking and fitting of unloading hoses to the tankers in decanting area, collecting the balance oil from hoses, drains etc., and transferring, as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

PAC & Aux. Boiler : Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Plant Air Compressor system, Aux Boiler Operation from control room through OWS in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

HVAC & Air Washer System : Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of HVAC and Air washer system in BTG areas like CCR, TG building and ESP, from control room through OWS in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Generator and its auxiliaries, Lighting & Welding supply : Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Generator and its auxiliaries, Plant Lighting and Plant welding supply, trial run of HT /LT Motors and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Pre Commissioning Activities for Boiler & Auxiliaries : Charges for assisting in Pre commissioning activities and condition monitoring of in Boiler, First Pass , Extended Pass, Back Pass, Startup System, HWL valve 1 & 2 , MEFCV, Boiler Circulating Pump, LP Condensate pumps, Separators, Soot Blowers, Wall blowers, Wind Box, Burner registers, Burner oil skids & oil guns, H SOFA & L SOFA registers, Emergency cooling water tank and connected pumps and valves, Spray station, Soot blower Station, Safety valves, Scanner air fans, Oil station in the boiler area, all motor/ hand operated valves etc, including PRDS floor station Air pre Heaters ESP ID,FD,PA fans and connected ducts, Gates & Dampers etc., checking the oil levels and toping up the oil when ever required in the oil skids, and attending the gland leaks for pumps and valves, and Cleaning the oil Guns , Suction strainers etc, as directed by the Engineer- in-charge.

Pre Commissioning Activities for Turbine & Auxiliaries : Charges for assisting Pre Commissioning Activities and condition monitoring of Turbine and its auxiliaries such as HP, IP, LP1 & LP 2 Turbines, along with its Bearing pedestal & auxiliaries, HP/LP Heaters, HP/LP Flash tanks, Flash Boxes, EOT Cranes-7 no’s, Main Lub oil system (MOT), HPSU(Governing oil system), Motor Driven / Steam Driven Boiler feed pumps & Booster pumps with lub oil system and its accessories , HP/LP Bypass system , Debris Filter System, Condenser online tube cleaning system, Condensers 1 & 2 with its accessories, Condensate Extraction pumps A, B & C, Condensate Polishing unit Vessel and Regeneration areas , Drip Pumps, Air Evacuation system including Vacuum pumps A & B , Both SG & TG DMCW system with its accessories, ACW Self cleaning strainers, Dozing system (Ammonia, Hydrazine & NaOH ), Central Lub oil Purification unit with DOT,COT, Centrifuges for MOT, TDBFP A & B and CLOPS , Air receiver tanks and misc. Pumps etc. as directed by the Engineer- in-charge.

Pre commissioning Activities For Ash Handling System :

Charges for assisting in Pre-commissioning activities and condition monitoring of Bottom Ash Handling System up keeping of the Bottom Ash Hopper area and its equipments like Bottom Ash Hoppers, Stainless steel Chain Conveyors (Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Conveyor), Jaw crusher, Hydraulic Power Pack system, Fire quenching lines and its system operation, Intermediate surge hopper, primary crusher, hammer mill, vibrating screen, Ash intake valve operations, Economizer hoppers, Ash receiver tank along with its valves & Bottom Ash Silos area and its equipments and ensuring the free and continuous flow of Bottom ash from Bottom ash Silos to trucks or through mixing pot to slurry sump, LP water Pumps, Clear water Pumps, Sludge pumps, vent filter with blowers & Discharge Gates for BA Silos.

Charges for assisting Pre-commissioning activities and condition monitoring of Fly Ash Handling System up keeping of the Transport Air Compressor house and its auxiliaries, Vacuum pump house and its auxiliaries, ESP hoppers, Buffer hoppers and fly ash silos and its auxiliaries, connected air lines, Renewal/tightening of V-belts in Vacuum pump, Pump Vacuum lines, water lines, fly ash conveying lines and ash slurry lines from silo to slurry sump and ensuring the free and continuous flow of fly ash from silos in to trucks or through mixing pot to slurry sump, vent filter with blowers & Discharge Gates for FA Silos.

Charges for assisting Pre-commissioning activities and condition monitoring of Ash Slurry Disposal System up-keeping of the equipments, Renewal of gland packing in HP & LP Ash Water Pumps, Ash Slurry Disposal Pumps, HP & LP Seal Water Pumps, Dust Conditioner Pumps, Renewal/tightening of V-belts in Ash Slurry Disposal Pump, arresting of Water Leakage & Oil Leakage, tightness checking of coupling bolts and Bed bolts, Equipment’s Lubrication, Inspection of Oil level & Oil topping up in Fluidized Coupling.
