Operation and maintenance of automatic pop sprinkler system by deploying necessary manpower/labour/operator at park(8 hours per day) as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & replacement of Aquaturf Impact Driven Pop up ( For Large Lawn) with heavy duty plastic case with reinforced ribbed design having 3/4" inlet, adjustable to full-circle or part circle. Diffuser screw for the fine droplet & throw control, double-weighted arm for balance and smooth rotation, send resistant pressure activated wiper seal. It has trajectory angle of 250 and part circle adjustment from 150-3450.It is capable of delivering 456 LPM -1192 LPM with dia of coverage from 22.5 - 25.5 m at 2.0 - 4 bar, of make K-Rain USA/Rainspa, Italy/HIT USA/Aqua/Orbit or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing, laying and jointing (replacement) of HDPE pipe conforming to IS:4984 :2000 and suitable for the respective working pressures with all Electrofussion fittings and accessories e.g. couplings, tees, bends, reducers, screwed adapters, flanged tail pieces etc. jointing as per manufacturers' instruction, including the earth work of 150 mm wide and 450 mm deep of make Dinesh/Duraline/Timetechnoplast as approved by Engineer -in-Charge. a) 75 mm PE 100-PN6

b). 63 mm PE 100-PN6

c). 50 mm PE 100-PN6

Providing & Fixing of 3/4''Swing Joint. The swing Joint shall be used as a flexible swing joint for 3/4" inlet sprinklers. The pipe shall be flexible black tubing constructed of linear low density polyethylene material. The tubing shall have a wall thickness of 0.090". It shall have an inside diameter of 0.490". The fitting shall be constructed of UV-resistant,thermoplastic material. The Swing Joint shall have an operating pressure rating of 5.5 bar at 45 degrees of make Harit/Aqua/K-Rain/Rainspa/Orbit or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & replacement of 3/4" One piece Plastic QCV. It has auto close lid made of heavy duty rubber when QCV is not in use, one piece construction, having stainless steel spring, plastic valves of make Harit/Aqua/Rain Spa/K-rain/Orbit or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of 3.0"(80mm) Hybrid plastic Wafer Type butterfly Valve for isolation. The Butterfly valve should be as per manufacturing standard IS: 13095. It shall be with integral synthetic rubber lining. Body made of high quality PVC for streanth and chemical resistance, disc, Allen screw, lock plate Knurling pin made of stainless steel SS-304. It shall be lever operated quarter turn and offers bi-directional smooth operation. The hydraulic body test pressure of the Hybrid plastic buffer type Butterfly Valve is 15 bar and hydraulic seat test pressure of the product is 10 bar at temperature range 50C-500C. of make Harit/Aqua/Sant/Leader/Zoloto or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of Valve box 20" Rectangular Valve Box with cover. The valve boxes shall be high strength, high density polyethylene constructed material. It should be UV stabilizer with anti oxidants, resistant to moisture, of make K-Rain/HIT/Rainspa/Orbit/SAB or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of Valve box 6" Round Valve Box with cover. The valve boxes shall be high strength, high density polyethylene constructed material. It should be UV stabilizer with anti oxidants, resistant to moisture, of make K-Rain/HIT/Rainspa/Orbit/SAB or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of Automatic Disc filter (120 mesh) 50m3 /hr having an inlet & two outlets connections of 3", 2 pressure gauze ports of 3/4" ,a helix made of fiber glass reinforce polyamide at base of disc filter cartridge to create a helical effect in the incoming water ,spinning particulate in suspension away from the filtering element and so minimizing cleanings frequency ,3/4" outlet for flushing at bottom of filter & maximum working pressure of 14 bars of make Harit/Aqua/Armas/Amiad/Filtomat or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing &Fixing of 3" BSP Straight flow 3 way Solenoid valve with victaulic grooved coupling flow control and "pressure regulation unit" which shall be normally closed 24 VAC 50/60 cycle solenoid actuated angle pattern design. The valve pressure rating shall not be less than 10.5 bar. The valve body shall be constructed of high-impact, weather-resistant Nylon Glass Filled with heavy duty diaphragm and stainless steel screws, fasteners and components. The valve shall have manual open/close control (internal bleed) for manual opening and closing of valve without electrically energizing the solenoid, manual bleed can be removed for " tamper proof" operation. The valve shall operate with minimum 24 VAC at 10.5 bar. The valve must open or close in less than 1 minute at 10.5 bar, and less than 30 seconds at 0.7 bar. The valve construction shall provide for all internal parts to be removable from the top of the valve without disturbing the valve installation of make K-Rain,USA/Rain Spa,Italy/HIT,USA/ Hydromat/Aqua or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of Pro Ex 4-16 Station Expandable (Modular) Controller of make K-Rain USA/Rainspa, Italy/HIT USA/Orbit or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of Wireless Base Unit "AQUA BASE" 12 Stations of make K-Rain USA/Rainspa, Italy/AQUA, India/Orbit or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of Wireless Remote Unit "AQUA REMOTE" 4 Stations DC Type with Antenna , suitable Solar Panel and Rechargable battery ( Without GI Pole) ( For Remote Valves Operation) of make K-Rain USA/Rainspa, Italy/AQUA, India/Orbit or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of DBR Connectors. It shall be pre filled, low voltage, dry splice, Direct Bury, water proof wire connector that protect electrical connection from corrosion and moisture. Each splice Kit contains Two wire nuts, water proof, Gel- filled housing and 1 dual splice organizer of make K-Rain USA/Rainspa, Italy/HIT USA/Aqua or equivalent as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of Booster Pump Capable of Discharging 5 lps at 55 mtr Head with Control Panel having ammeter, voltmeter, single phase preventer, and all necessary protections, foot valve, Non Return Valve, Suction and Delivery assembly of make Kirloskar/ Crompton /CRI or as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.
