Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A').

M & L for preperation of surface of wall/chajja and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151/Cemcrete acrylic polymer modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151/Cemcrete and two parts of cement by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound(Powder) conforming to IS 2645 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Gypsum Board 12mm thick (textured finish), white prelaminated sett embossed reinforced designer ceiling boards of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped GI imposed grid with 24mm wide T sec exposed flanges which shall be pestered coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick GI sheet of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 1200 mm C/C securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm c/c. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, screw etc. The last hanger at the end if each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm C/C to form 1200x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently 1200x600 dodules formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee perimeter wall angle shall be made of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair suspended false ceiling with "E" grid suspended ceiling grid system of grid size 600 x 600mm with GI frame work of main runner 38 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.4mm, cross tee 28 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.3mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 0.3mm using 4mm thick high pressure steam cured classic variant E-Board, designer pattern to be placed in the grid suspended by 2mm dia GI wire at distance n. exc 1.2m center to center with butterfly clips including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as above Item No 15 but excluding snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface with & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 20 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7/ 300x450x7mm thick as approved in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface with & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description and thickness as in floor, apron etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite stone 18-20 mm thick (of any type) glazed (table rubbed and polished) fixed as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and the like set in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match and exposed edges rounded with and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 20 to 25 mm thick as in steps, risers, skirting, dado etc., bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding, rubbing and polishing with & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and fair including forming construction (dummy) joints along the wall and bays 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with mixture of bitumen and sand in the ratio 1:3 laid at an interval of not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below :- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iitres/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M & L for cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 20-22mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/terraces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. Applying a coat of TAPECRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below :- (a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing of joints of pipe with epoxy putty CICO POXY LC or epoxy mortar CICO POXY 2125. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Appying a coat of TAPECRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days. (e) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with CICO super @ 100ml per 50 Kg cement on treated surface.
