REPAIR / MAINT TO ROOF TREATMENT AND JOINERY WORKS AT AWC UNDER GE (AWC) MHOW

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks capacity exc 250 Ltr & n exc 500 Ltr, setting asidee (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser item No. 1.00 above but capacity exc 500 Ltr & n exc 1000 Ltr.

S & F 500 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, including all as specified in SSR part I. and including Dismantling PVC water tanks Exc 250 ltrs but not 500 ltrs and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed

S & F 1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I. and including Dismantling PVC water tanks Exc 500 ltrs but not 1000 ltrs and removing from the site. complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore size (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral waterproofing chemical @ 200 ml per 50 Kg per cement, as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement incl demolition of old unreinforced cement concrete padding complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
