Manufacturing, Testing and Supplying of 11 Mt Pre-stressed Tubular Spun Pole, 500 kg WL below on rate contract to O&M Circle Mandya.

The Bidder should have a minimum 3 years of experience as a Spun pole Manufacturer from last date of bid submission. Original copies of Supply Certificate issued by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer from any SCOMS/Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings to be uploaded

The bidder shall have an average annual financial turnover of 50% of the amount put to tender during the last two preceding financial years 2023-24 & 2024-25. Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement of the last two preceding financial years to be uploaded.

The Bidder should be a 11 Meter Spun pole Manufacturer within CESC jurisdiction and a MSME Firm. MSME registration certificate to be uploaded.

The bidder should have supplied a total quantity of at least 40% of the tendered quantity of 11 Meter Spun Poles in any one of the last two financial years 2023-24 & 2024-25 to Departmental, Works in DISCOMS/ Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings. Original copies of the Purchase Order (PO) along with corresponding supply certificate issued by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer from any DISCOMS/Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings to be uploaded.

Bidder should not be black listed/defaulted by any DISCOMS/ Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/ Undertakings. Self-declaration in this regard on Rs.500 Stamp Paper to be uploaded

The Liquid Assets as on or after the date of notification, before submission of the Bid, consisting of Cash at Bank PLUS Term Deposits PLUS availability of fund based credit/OD facility in any Nationalized/scheduled Bank shall not be lesser than 25% of the amount put to tender. The Cash at Bank & Bank deposits shall be supported by certificate issued by Chartered Accountant and Solvency/ availability of fund based credit/OD facility shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalized/scheduled Bank with whom the bidder has banking facilities to be uploaded.
