Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (1 Liquid: 2 Powder), to the RCC surface like bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 1.7kg/ m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having Elongation at break >50% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80 N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 1mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) as per BS EN 12390. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Supplying and Filling the Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 20mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 using limestone and sand 10 cu.m. (for Non-Structural works only) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing Teak wood scantlings for door and windows and any other joinery works using teak wood scantlings below 4m in lengh and complete it in all floors including labour charges for the manufacture of frames as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing alround door frames and shutter styles using T.W scantlings and door planks using T.W planks of 40mm thick including labour charges fixing and with necessary furniture fittings.etc complete complying std. specification.

Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of following type with thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos of SS 304 Grade Parliament Hinges of Size (125mm x 150mm), 2 Nos 300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS (Sliding door) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

The storage unit shall be fabricated using 18 mm thick pre-laminated or commercial plywood of approved make, finished neatly on all exposed surfaces. The top surface shall have an 18 mm thick finished panel with smooth edges and polished or laminated finish as per approved colour and texture. The unit shall be provided with suitable compartments, shelves, and shutters as per the approved drawing and functional requirements.The rate shall include the cost of all materials, labour, fittings, fixtures, polishing, finishing, loading, unloading, conveyance, and installation, complete in all respects and complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Supplying and fixing Big Storage Unit of overall size 850 mm (L) x 450 mm (D) x 2130 mm (H), conforming to the approved design and pattern. The storage unit shall be fabricated using 18 mm thick pre-laminated or commercial plywood of approved quality, finished neatly on all exposed surfaces. The top and external surfaces shall have 18 mm thick finished panels with smooth edges and laminated or polished finish in approved shade and texture. The unit shall be provided with suitable compartments, adjustable shelves, and shutters as per the approved design and functional requirement.The rate shall include the cost of all materials, labour, fittings, fixtures, polishing, finishing, loading, unloading, conveyance, and installation, complete in all respects and complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Supplying and fixing in position Special Type Mirror of size 1000 x 780mm of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 600 x 450 x 5.5mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Supplying and fixing approved best quality brass CP towel rail 600mm long and 20mm dia with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs and CP screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The tower rail should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing best approved best quality brass CP soap tray of size 150 x 150mm including cost of teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The soap tray should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and applying with one coat Putty over plastered wall surface of first class approved quality including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the wall two coats with approved Interior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
