Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually / by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with High gloss synthetic enamel paint including under layer of zinc chromate primer of approved colour and shade in approved pattern and of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats of 15/18m RT tower including cost of insurance charges to the labour as directed by Engineer-in-charge (a) Two or more coats.

Supplying G.I. nuts and bolts with plain and spring washers conforming IS specications of various sizes as required for erection of steel communications tower.

Transportation of the dismantled 40mt GBT tower material from the site at Chaubara jagir to the specified store at Dewas by mechnical means including loading, unloading and stacking at store or store as per requirement for measurements etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Transportation of the available 18 mt RTT tower material from BSNL Dewas Store to Chaubara Jagir ((Specified BTS Location) by mechanical means including loading, unloading and stacking at store or store as per requirement for measurements etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RTT tower material (upto 18 metre Height)

Supplying at the site of work Hot Dip Galvanised members for replacing the missing members (if any) of Tower, Working Platform, Safety Cage, Ladder, Wave Guide Rack, Antenna Fixture etc. of required section, shape and size including Drilling Holes for fixing bolts etc. all in conformity with the approved drawings of BSNL and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge and shall be made out of primary source of structural steel of approved make. NOTES: (a) All material shall be Hot Dip Galvanised. The fabrication & galvanising shall be as per the relevant IS code. (b) Weight of each member supplied shall be taken for payment purpose. (c) The Rate includes the cost of all material and labour required for all the operations mentiond in the item including all carriage, taxes and other contingencies.

Credit for galvanized steel section like angles, flats, bolts, nuts, spring washers etc removed from the tower due to corrosion, cracked wrapped bent sillipary etc. (The contractor shall be allowed to take the steel sections only after the completion of the work)

Dismantling and dismembering of 40M high ground based tower and stacking of tower members within lead of 50 mtr. including stacking, sorting & numbering of all material i/c all fasteners, mounts, base plate, platforms, ladder, vertical cable tray, Antenna, RF cable, electrical cable etc. all complete as per direction of ingineer in charge. Note: The rate of this item shall include the cost of all labour, T&P other equipments etc. required for all operations specified above including scaffolding, saftey measures, belts, insurance of labour etc. The rate includes all the above operations and nothing extra shall be paid for execution of the said work.

Labour charges for hoisting, fixing and erection of RTT (upto 18 metre height) tower with all its necessary components i.e. climbing ladder, cable tray, platforms 'if any' and fixing with bolts, nuts and spring washers etc. including all T&P, scaffolding, safety arrangements, ropes, safety belts etc. i/c weilding etc. wherever required and carrying over of the tower material up to the roof where the said tower is to be erected etc. all complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (The payment of steel structural works; additionally required that are not available or replacing the damaged members, nut, bolts and washers etc. required will be paid separately) (The tower is to be supplied by the department from the store of the BA)
