M&L for under ground low tension cable fault finding for exact location by using LT fault locating equipment and trace out the fault complete all as specified and directed Note :- The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for excavating the cable at the fault location & pinpoint the fault, repairing the cable using cable jointing kits and by adding extra LT cable if required at site for jointing the cables as before to the panel and testing complete all as earth work and necessary T&P etc.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for stay set / Pole / feeder pillar lean concrete etc including fair finish even and fair to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of cable route indicator made out of 15x15x6mm GI plate welded with 8 mm x 45cm long GI rod grouted in PCC block 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 15x15x10cm and writing the words 'HT cable' as directed with synthetic enamel paint of two coats over a coat of primer including excavation and earth work all as directed.

Taking out hanging doors from LT Panels/ DG set/HT VCB panel welding the doors in position by using new hinges and scrapping old surface and cleaning smoothly, removing all dust and rust and relace the door closure if required including preparation of surfaces with synthatic enameled grey paint by using spray gun machine and writing capacity and location with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting removing the vegetation growth and surface dressing, trimming of branches of trees coming on the sub stn or all around the installation yard including two pole structure areas, around power house, substation (external only) to keep always installation clean and tidy including white wash at plinth/ foundation of transformer if required complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&Fing of Straight through joints (Heat Shrink Kits) for LT underground cable complete for Armoured ,PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor cables by excavating earth, identifying the fault, making proper joint of cable after rectification & returning soil back to earth all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

3.5 core cable 16 to 35 Sq mm.

3.5 core cable 50 to 95 Sq mm

3.5 core cable 120 to 185 Sq mm

3.5 core cable 240 to 300 Sq mm

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure all as directed.

M&L for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 Sqmm 3 core. The fault located equipment will be brought to site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instructions received from Engineer -in- charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 5 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractors dues w.e.f the time immediately after the expiry of 02 hours duration. (ii) For the purpose of payment one unit of “each job” shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch , irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit. (iii.) Joints, jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for painting of VCB panel any size of the panel including connected duct in the transformer room with synthatic enameled grey paint by using spray gun machine after removing all dust and rust. inside and out side and writing the location as per existing of paint with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass comcrete type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded stone aggrigate for foundation of pole etc complete all as specified.

S&F in repair hot moulded FRP looping /Junction box size 280 mmx200 mm for street light poles with locking arrangement and suitable connection for three phase incomming cable 3 phase out going cable and single phase connection for light fitting incl controlled MCB SP-10 Amps -01 Nos enclosed in thermo plastic in closed shock froof safe IP-65, weather,vermin proof,dust and water proof complete with two nos cables entry incl gland of standard size with suitable size mild steel clamps to fixed on pole complete all as specified.

Dimantling and taking out Exhaust fan 230 volts 300 to 450mm sweep any make cutting the old burnt winding rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire as existing guage including insertion of insulating papers threading and insulating with insulating warnish, lathe work, replacement of capacitor, replacement of gun metal bushes/ bearing and painting after completion of rewinding process complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of metallic road/ hard standing / hard rock/ wall up to a size not exceeding 20 cm width and not exceeding 90 cm depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/ hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate and block top with black bituminous upto existing surface including suitable size of GI pipe (if necessary) complete all as specified and as specified and as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Note:1. If damage / broken the inter locking tiles while removing the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one. 2. The Quoted rate is included for all material can paid/measured separately. 3. All the removable inter locking tiles/re fixable material shall kept carefully at a safe place for refixing with quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil , not.exc 1.5 mtr wide and not.exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc in complete as sepecified.
