Disconnecting/Dismantling and taking down the same and Transporting to workshop for repair i.e Dimapur and back Electric Driven 3 Phase 415 Volt 50 C/S Squirrel Cage Induction Motor cap 75 HP and taking out complete burnt copper Winding from the Slots, Cleaning the Slots and Re-winding Electric Motor with Super Enamel Insulated Copper Wire of existing Gauge/Size and Quantity including apply-ing Insulating Varnish, Drying, etc. including grinding/ fabrication works for insertion of bearing sleeve, replacement of Unserviceable Spares like Terminal Plate if required, putting bearing grease on bearings and Testing Insulating Strength, Re-assembling and Testing & commissioning at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening top of 6,000 GPH capacity pressure filter Horizontal type, unloading the filter media form the pressure filter ( sand and gravels of different sizes) takings out carefully strainer (Push/Thread) from inside bed plate, cleaning the inside chamber disposal of sand/gravels within 100 metre radius from the existing filter plant and closing the top manholes with new gasket seat after charging of all filter media complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- gravel , sand and PVC s strainer will be measured and paid separately under the respective item No 22 & 23.)

Supply only new filter sand of 20 x 40 mesh layer by layer from Borakar river as per designed layer to the pressure filters at different location.

Supply, only graded gravel of size .06 mm to 25 mm as required to pressure filter Horizontal type complete all as specified and directed. Note : gradind of gravels as required. (a) Gravel of size 1" x 3/4" (25-20mm) (b) Gravel of size 3/4" x 1/2" (18-12mm) (c) Gravels of size 1/2" x 1/4" (10-06mm)

M&L for painting with one coat of black bituminous paint suitable for drinking water inside the vessels after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete scrapping out old worn out paint from motor pump sets, base plate sluice valve, NRV,and hadder, cleaning the surface and applying two coats of epoxy heat resistant paint over one coat of red oxide primer (sky blue and black) by spray painting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, MCCB with Thermal - magnetic release of 250 Amps , 4 Pole, 415V, 25 kA, 50 Hz Ics=100%Icu with adjustable over load setting and adjustable short circuit setting including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand Cat Part No. 4202 19 or equivalent in Schneider/ L & T

S&F in repairs, 100mm bore Non Return Sluice Valve both ends flanged PN-1.6 (ISI Marked including nuts, bolts, washer and 3 mm thick rubber insertion sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, three phase DOL starter 415 Volt cap. 10 HP ,In-built thermal over load protector power rating 7.5 KW power supply 13A,to 18 A as per site requirement and sample and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make L&T, CAT No. SS94351 or equivalent in BCH/Havells.

S&F in repairs, Oil Imersed star delta starter 415 Volt cap. 75 HP,56.0 KW, contactor size 65, overload relay range 55-70 as per site requirement and sample complete all as specified and as directed.
