Comprehensive monthly maintenance of auto fire alarm systems/ fire supression system installed at Naval Dockyard including attending of day to day complaints. The detail scope of work consists of the following:- (i) Cleaning inspecting, checking and repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection / supresssion system. (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of fire detection system in presence of rep of users and Engr-in-charge. (iii) The contractor will submit test report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, users rep and Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The maintenance shall be carried out through skilled technician having 3-5 years experiance and one helper. Daily attendence register and routine maintanence record as per the format approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be prepared/ maintained. Complaints shall be attended on daily basis as recieved and recorded in complaint register. (v) Emergency visit will be carried out when called in addition to the routine monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost. (vi) Material required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule as SUPPLY ONLY.
