Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). Conditions:
1.The quantities are tentative and may vary to any extent or deleted during execution as per actual approved lay out plan & site condition.
2.Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to IS 1489(Part 1) 1991 of approved quality like ACC,Ultra-Tech,Birla or equi.shall only be used.
3.Overweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at actual weight.
4.In case any change in Bill of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor. The agreement shall be executed on the approved Bill of Quantity only.
5.In case of dismantling of civil structure at site, 60% brick work shall be treated as fresh brick, 30% as brick bat & 10% as debris. Fresh brick & brick bat shall be issued to contractor/ firm at prevailing/pertaining SOR.
6.The amount of scrap steel recovered from dismantling shall be issued to contractor/ firm at 1/3rd of rate in prevailing/pertaining SOR.
7. Rates in BOQ Are exclusive of GST. Labour Cess shall be borne by contractor.
8. All civil work shall be execute according to the approved drawing of UPPTCL.
9. All civil work shall be carried out as per UPPTCL/UPPWD specifications.
10. Rates quoted by the contractor shall be Inclusive of all charges/contingencies that may be encountered at the site. Only GST bill be paid extra as applicable.
11. The Contractor will submit all papers of royalty related to the material use at site in divison office .
12. Drawing if required will be submitted by the contractor for approval by completent authority the cost of which shall be borne by the contractor.
14 . The contractor will make necessory arrangements of testing of material cubes or any other testing as per direction on engineer in charge and submit 3 copies of test results in division office. The cost of which will be borne by the contractor.
