Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic Concept designer tiles of grade B-III, 7mm thick of size 300 X 600 mm as approved by GE, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile over and including a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chipping of loose concrete, carefuly broken plastering / concrete in Chajjas, ceiling, columns, parapet walls, fins and facias and applying one coat of rust remover using DR FIXIT rust remover and applying one coat of DR FIXIT PIDICRETE concrete MPB bonding agent and Rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 in two coats ie, 10mm each coat up to the height of 10.00 mtr above GL all as specified and directed.
