Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviciable tiles to store and rubbeish off the premises.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete flooor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in ceiling on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down of plaster all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick internal surfaces on other than fair faces of brick work in cm 1:6 as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick external/sunken floor surfaces on brick/concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth with using extra cement with WPC as per manufacturer instruction. Note:-WPC measured and paid separatly

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling coarse of floor complete.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles coloured 400 x 400 x 7 to 8 mm thick in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar(1:4) complete.

M & L for cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. and application Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm complete.

S & F of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application (including sider lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction specification) including taking down existing APP membrane and removing upto 500 mtr away from working site complete. M & L for repair of sunken slab as under :- (a) M & L for application of 1:3 cement – sand mortar, mixed with Sika Latex emulsion (300 gram in 1 Kg cement), as a coving at the corners of floor and the vertical surface in the sunken area and between floor and walls in the remaining area. (b) M & L for application of Sika Top Seal 109hi @ 2.20 Kg per Sqm each coat or as per manufacture instruction– acrylic based, ready to use, cementitious, water proof coating onto the prepared surface in a continuous film on the floor of the sunken area, taking the coating over the vertical surfaces on to the floor and over the coving on to the wall (before tiling) to at least 300mm above the final finished floor level. The coating shall also be continued on to the inner surfaces of the pipe penetration holes. Two coats shall be applied & fiber Glass Cloth to be laid in between coats. (c) M & L for application of Sikagard 694 F (I) @ 100 gram per Sqm or as per manufacture instruction, a moisture insensitive epoxy putty in a continuous, 10mm thick gasket around the pipes to a width of approximately 15mm. (d) M & L for application of protective screed concrete at a desired thickness admixed with Sika Cim Pink @ 100 gram per Sqm or as per manufacturer instruction
