SITC of Solar Lights

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 60W All-In-One LED Solar Streetlights on existing street lighting Tubular poles made up of Aluminium Extrusion housing/ Pressure Die cast housing with minimum 150Wp Mono crystalline Panel fixed on the top side of luminaire housing (Battery, charge controller and LED module should be integrated inside Luminaire). Maintenance free 12.8V/60Ah LiFePo4 battery along with BMS (BIS certification required) with minimum cycle life of 2000 cycles, MPPT Charge controller with Efficiency > 93%. Luminaire should have an Intelligent Pre- Programmed dimming profile suitable to provide 2 days backup. Luminaire should have IP65 & IK08 and have lumen output of greater than 9500 lumens at full power (System Efficacy > 160 Lumens/watt) as LM79 from NABL accredited Lab. The LED chip used should be of Osram, Lumileds, Cree, nischia only and should be with lenses for effective light distribution. Solar Panel, MPPT charge controller and luminaires should be manufactured in India only. The solar lighting company must have in house NABL accredited lab to justify luminaire system efficacy. The light fixture must be manufactured in house (OEM owned facility) by OEM. Luminaire must have Green & Red indicator lights for showing charging of battery and low battery voltage respectively. Light fixture must also have protections like Over-Charge protection, Deep-discharge protection, current protection, Short circuit protection, Over voltage protection. The light fixture should have a hybrid controller to support working of light fixture in case of adverse weather conditions/ low battery. The job further includes replacement warranty of fixtures (if damaged/burnt out whatso ever reason) for a period of 2 years reckoned from date of succeeful commissioing/handing over of site to intending department. The solar lighting companies must have toll free base service network to provide immediate after sales service networks available in different districts of the state. Certificates to be submitted - LM79 (NABL accredited Laboratory), LM80, BIS certificate of Battery and BIS certificate of Solar Panel, IK08 and IP65 certificate Approved Make - Havells, Philips, LT or equvilant as per approval of EIC . (Old LED’s/ Arm may be stored in electric store room) Note The necessary collar if required is to be arranged by the contractor for appropriate fitting on existing pole at site with required nut and bolts and other accessories for proper fitting.
